Trying to unlock the next chapter. Bought points, never received them. Tried to buy the subscription, errored out. I just want to pay and unlock the chapter to keep reading?!!
I was reading a book I can't remember the title but it was about a girl whose parents died and this guy who I guess was a friend helped her through it and they ended up becoming a couple I never got to finish reading it's completely missing from the app please help me fing it again
Hi good day, it is not loading so i can purchase points it says " oop ! There was an error!" And "there was an issue with loading subscription products, press reload button or try again later." And it never loads.... ever.
Purchase chapters relocked and will not open. Contacted support, heard back for the last time in November of last year that it was being worked on, then radio silence. No correction or update.
App is frozen. If I delete I will have to repay. What do I need to do?
Keep getting a can't unlock chapter, please try again later error message but I've paid for an annual membership. I've cleared cache and deleted and reinstalled the app. I see others have also had this complaint. I sent a ts report to Galatea but they haven't responded other than to ask for my user id. What do I do to fix this?

I try to open my app and it just shuts down and never really opens. I have purchased the year membership and have not had problems until,today. It will not open.
The App will not open, no matter what I do. If I delete the App it gives a message saying everything will be deleted. Very frustrating, I've emailed the support team, up to now, no one has answered.
I have purchased 500+ tokens and am in the middle of reading a book, using the tokens to gain access chapter by chapter. Now, at chapter 17 in the book I can't proceed further without being asked to sign an annual subscription! Yet I still have some 420+ tokens remaining. How do I revert back to applying the tokens especially given I have paid for such! Very frustrating.
Again this is so frustrating!!! There is no excuse that I’m paying $70.00 a year and having to go through all this crap! I expect to be able to read whenever I like. I’ve already paid my subscription and I’m not paying $46.00 a month for you to do your jobs. When you pay for something you expect it to work. Pease fix my subscription and open my app back up. I’m also not paying another $70.00

I have to tap to get the next sentence of the story. It also keeps returning to a previous sentence instead of moving forward and continues to do this over and over again. This is the second time this has happened. Last time was about a week ago. It mysteriously corrected itself after several days.

I try to open The Millennium Wolves and it pops up with a white box that says... Error occured Cannot load the_millennium_wolves_2 I just updated the app. I have tried switching my wifi connections. I freed up storage space. I'm not sure why it's not working but I would love to resume reading. Can someone help me?

I have been trying to 2 days to read “my books”, and every time is says “error can’t load chapters”. Ridiculous already. Restarted, deleted and reinstalled app and still not working.

Galatea app is down on my iPad and iPhone. Checked both cellular data and home wifi.
Looks like the app is down tonight. app version is up to date. all restart have failed and even restarting the iphone didn’t work. Error message displayed at last attempt suggesting to contact support error code timeoutu of 60000ms exceeded.

It shows the underlined check mark next to where I left off, but it won't allow me to access it. when I tap on the button for that chapter where I left off, nothing happens. Or it wants me to pay for everything I have already paid for
i have a monthly subscription to galatea. why is it still making me wait 6 hours for a new chapter, or requesting i buy points?
Have found some great stories over the last month — however, I **HAVE YET** to see a chapter unlock after six hours as advertised. I’ve waited as long as ten hours; when I check in, the clock is still showing 5:59:59, as if I’d just finished a chapter. What gives?
