Great but could use some updates

So simple. No signing up or adding info. All you do simply put how long you want to fast and start the timer. When you stop the fast you have the choice of saving it or not which is nice because sometimes I start it right after supper and then i decided to have a cup of hot cocoa. My only issue is that if you go over your goal time it stops counting, and if you forget to stop the timer you cant adjust time. I have it set for 2 hrs over what I want because sometimes i cant eat exactly at my goal but i feel cheated when it says i did 16 when i actually did 18. A few time ive forgot to start the timer and i really wish i could change the start time.

Great fasting app.

If you need to keep track of your fasting with reminders this is the perfect app. Other app’s wouldn’t allow me to adjust the fasting schedule to my desired needs, plus they wouldn’t allow me to to adjust the time I started. If I didn’t hit the start fasting button right at the time set, it wouldn’t allow me to tell it exactly when I did start fasting. Rhythm is flexible and I would definitely recommend it. It would be nice if it tracked your weight and water consumption.

Fasting made easy

Rhythm is simple but easy. Simple select the numbers of hours you want to fast. Unlike other apps who only have a start button, Rhythm lets you set the actual time you started fast just in case you don’t remember to start Rhythm until later. It also has a reminder notification to start your fast and for when your fast is over. Cool app.

Progress needs improvement

Rhythm is a great and easy app but the progress is a rolling 7 day week. If you complete a fast on day one it goes away the next day. If you complete several fasts during the rolling 7 day period you will see all your completed fasts but will eventually drop off. Rhythm needs to be able to see and review any completed fast you have ever recorded on Rhythm. If Rhythm was able to do that it would be a 5 star. But technically my reminder on my phone and a notepad to record my fasts is the same as Rhythm currently.

Great but could be better…

This has really helped me with my intermittent fasting- I guess just for the accountability. But would be so much better if there was an alarm notification feature for when to begin fasting. I know it will become routine over time but for now I set an alarm in my phone- begin fast in x minutes. I get home at different times in the evenings and am still busy busy- so just a reminder that if I haven’t had dinner yet, hurry up bc it’s almost fasting time

Excellent App

I’m new to fasting so I’ve changed my mind on times to start, stop and even went an extra couple hours today - I love that Rhythm is super easy to use and lets me make as many adjustments as I want/need. There’s an option to give you a remind your fast is going to start (that you set the time) and one that goes off when your fast is completed. So far, zero complaints on Rhythm .

Good free fasting app

If you want a simple to use, fail proof fasting clock this is the one. Gives you a confirmation question when you log your switching from fast to eating time. You can delete any finger slips or mistakes. You can clearly see your log of events. Others I’ve tried are like using your phone stopwatch, no good. No selling questionable diet planning on this. 5 stars!

Did a lot of searching to find something like this!

Rhythm is an actually free fasting app that has a good design and doesn’t try to bully you into a subscription. Great app would recommend. I would also would like if in the setting if the dev would put a donate/support button kinda like buy me a coffee thing cause I would not mind supporting this dev.

Simple and easy to use

I started IF about a month ago. I downloaded a bunch of different apps. I just wanted a simple way to track my fasts without a ton of annoying ads or having to pay for a subscription. Rhythm does exactly that. It is easy to set up and use. Great app and would definitely recommend.

Best fasting APP

I love Rhythm, it’s the best one I have tried, bar none!! I have tried at least half a dozen others! The only feature that would make it better would be if I could store records from Rhythm on my device to have a longer term look at how my fasting is going. Fantastic app, no need look any further!

Perfect fasting app!

Thank you for creating this fasting app! It’s graphically perfect as well, so adorable! I’ve tried several since fasting is a part of my life but this one is now my daily app. I really would love to see a matching Apple Watch app for a pay for version in the future to match it! Love it!

I downloaded 6 different fasting apps and this is the one I stuck with because it does just what it needs to do no extra stuff I don’t need, it’s free and doesn’t constantly have pop ups for upgrades and I love the clock and how it times your fasting schedule, it’s overall a amazing app!

Wish there could be multiple fasts for 1 day

I’ve been trying to figure out how to stop and end 1 fast and continue on throughout the day, maybe I’m not fasting correctly? I would really like to know why we can’t fast in multiple lengths of time throughout the day

Almost there

I generally like Rhythm, but for my needs, a few tweaks would make it great.
I wish I could create a weeklong fasting schedule.
Also, it would be beneficial if I could enter a longer fasting window.
I like to do more extended fasts, from time to time. (48-72hours)
An option for an audible end of fast notification would be great.

Perfect simple (& cute!)

I’ve been using Rhythm for 1 week now and it’s perfect for straight to the point tracking to make sure I’m fasting long enough and keeping track of fasts! I’ve only been using for 1 week so I’m not sure yet - but I would love to see that the I can continue to see the long term record of my fasts into months!

Better feature than others!

Rhythm is so different from others out there! It stops when your goal is DONE! The other apps just keeps going even after it said your fasting is done. Totally recommend Rhythm and I’ve tried many others that don’t do the same!

Simple, yet effective.

It’s better than setting a timer. It displays the calendar and I really like the set up. Constructive criticism, add a background color changer, maybe add a system where it recommends a certain amount of time according to the user’s weight.

Almost exactly right

This is a simple fasting timer that does help keep track of my goals. However it does stop counting if you hit your goal instead of continuing to count if you go over. I wish it would just continue to count and keep track if I go over my set time.

SIMPLE. TO THE POINT.

I like Rhythm a lot. It makes you responsible for when you start fasting. You can set how many hours you want to fast. It doesn’t matter if you start at 6pm or 8pm. It will give you the time that your fast will end and with a reminder. Thumbs up.

Simple and nice design, counts the hours down, allows you to edit beginning and end times, can see progress over time. Not for people who want to integrate all their health data in one place.

Does exactly what I need

I used to use a another popular app for tracking fasts, but after an update, they wanted me to sign up, login, etc. I just want to track my fasts, not give out my personal info. Rhythm is perfect for that.
