    Honestly I really like this app. I was skeptical because every other fasting app has you pay and doesn't give an option for a free trial but I saw this one and gave it a try. After from almost a month using it I met my target weight and even lost more! This app is super easy to use and also very helpful for just having the free part of the app I've lost 6 pounds in about a week or so and I'm planning on using this app a lot more this app is very helpful when choosing what time or plan you want to do and other goals like water goals, activity goals and shows what state your body is in during fasting (which I thought was really helpful). I definitely recommended this app even if you are trying fasting for the first time.

    Great app from a great company 👍

    Really hope it will help me lose more weight after having a baby. The app is very easy to use and very informative on diet and fasting. Been using this app for a little while and just found out this app made by Bongmi! I’ve used their Femometer (a basal thermometer) when TTC and their ovulation test. And I loved their products! I saw they also have a product for kegel exercise on their website. I’m excited to try that too since I had a baby a year ago and feel like I’m still recovering. They are really a one stop all you need from getting pregnant, postpartum recovery and keeping fit after having a baby. I’m motivated to learn more about diet and fasting and hope I can reach my weight goal soon!

    I LOST 7 POUNDS IN A WEEK

    I had always heard of fasting, but I was conflicted for years and didn’t know if I even believed this weight loss method. But finally I got to this point in my life a few days ago where I weighed the heaviest I ever had. And It ruined my confidence and made me hate myself, and I was done feeling the way. So I finally decided to take action. And I downloaded the app and decided to give fasting a try and I’ve lost 7 pounds in just one week. I don’t have to deprive myself with calorie counting or stress about what to eat. I try to make healthier options, but I don’t always. And evens with that I still lost weight. I’m truly amazed and so happy.

    Easy to use, and the free version is great!

    I was super skeptical about intermittent fasting but recognized my emotional eating and constant snacking was getting out of hand. I like that the app encourages you, and asks you how the meal felt, why you chose to eat it, how healthy you felt it was, etc rather than requiring a list of everything you ate. It’s a laidback, flexible formula that is actually working and motivating me more than anything I’ve tried in a long time (and I’ve tried a lot of things). Definitely a keeper.

    really good!!

    so, i’ve had the app a couple days and it’s already amazing. i was in a dark place (starving myself, binging, and purging) when i got it so i figured it was worth a try. i haven’t lost any weight yet except i haven’t had it even a week yet so i don’t expect to drop any pounds yet. i love the food/drink/weight/exercise logs, and how you can adjust your fasting schedule to fit your own. the only thing i would really recommend to be added is like a feature that roughly calculates the amount of calories, carbs, proteins, sugars, etc. in the foods and drinks you put into the log. of course i just normally do my own research and write it down, but it would be handy for that to be in the app as well. my experience after having this recommended to me by a friend so far has been

    After a lot of reading about IF online, reading manny medical studies, and watching countless videos about it, I decided to go for it. This app was recommended to me by a friend and I have to say that I’m loving it. I use it in conjunction with MyFitnessPal to track my calories and macros (so I’ve added an extra step to my routine with easy) but I really feel like easy keeps me on track and motivated to stick to it during fasting periods.

    Obsessed with this app

    This app not only helps you control your weight and eating habits, it also helps you gain confidence and feel much better. I was going through a tough time during this whole pandemic and didn’t think I could go on until easy gave me something to focus on and commit to.     Got me back on track!

    My mom told me about intermittent fasting several years ago I thought it was the dumbest thing. Fast forward to the hell scape that is 2020 and starting doing it with some success. But I work a crazy schedule it was hard to be consistent. A friend told be about fasting and it has been a life saver. It is super simple but having my fast and non fast time measured have made all the difference.

    Most informative and helpful fasting App that I have ever used. Prime not solely focused on fasting, which I LOVE. This App shows you and teaches you to understand how all aspects of your body and mind correlate with each other, and that BOTH cannot function optimally if they are not ALL being taken care of. The daily lessons, meditations, awareness, tips, etc., are all included. I absolutely love this App.

    Great App to help get started with IF

    I am new to intermittent fasting. I just completed my 10th day. Infasting is the perfect app to get you started. You get tips and tricks how to stay on your fast. It gives you notifications as to when you enter the different fasting zones as well as how much longer you have to go till you reach your fast goal for the day. Love this app!

    Ver useful for fasting beginner

    I started my first fasting last week and wanted to find an app help maintain my weight loss. I found Infasting very useful with its simple design userinterface. I can easily set my beginner level and then change to 16:8 plan. With the help of reminder and tracker, i gave up eating in midnight and stick to my plan for 3 days. Now i have lost 2pounds.

    Great App!

    Helps me drive performance.I just completed my 1st week and found it remarkably easy to do. Keep in mind it’s only been 1 week. I have had zero difficulty in the fasting periods and had expected that I would not be able to endure them. I am hopeful to make it through week 2 with the same ease.

    my new favorite app

    Infasting has upped my fasting game! I like to do one meal a day but my problem was late night eating. Infasting helps in that as soon as I’m finished my meal I hit that Start Fast button and it makes me accountable. I really like that I can adjust the type of fasts I do and it allows me to keep going if l want to extend.

    Wonderful App!

    I love my easy App! Has kept me on track with my intermittent fasting! I have lost 10lbs after doing for a couple weeks. I love it!!! It makes the fasting easier and I love the little insights and the things you can read up on! It has been helpful in restarting my metabolism!
