I never thought id b writing a freat review on s title pawn place, i never thought id pawn my title, i would never do that EVER, but here i am and when i tell you they have beny over backwatds to help me i mean it and the $ i borrowed vs what they want back is a better deal than any bank or credit card or person would ever give me, late fees included, these are the only people that respect u when u keep it real. It doesnt matter what ur story for being late or whatever ss long as its real they respect it, they dont judge you, and thats real and sadly extremely rare. I cant soeak for any other place or anyone else but this place... i put my stamp on it, they goodfellaz

Hey Guys, I have Truly Enjoyed getting to know you Girls at TM. Y’all are very friendly and helpful. Y’all are more like Friends than Professional Personal helping the people that are in a bind. I want to Thank Y’all Very Much for All the Kindness and Understanding I received from y’all. You never treated me unjust or demeaning. If there was just One thing I would complain about Is the Charges that are added on in between making payments, which has Nothing to do with the People that work there. But that’s the Penalty you have to pay when you need help from one form of Credit or another. I will miss the Girls but Not making Payments!

I have used Titlebucks and this app both. I used this app in Dallas, ga. and Valerie and Kelley are the names that I especially remember because they were willing to go the extra mile to help me. They both were willing to go above the expectations of just doing their job. They are extremely nice people very professional and fast while still being kind and courteous. For most of us pawning your title usually means financial difficulties. Which causes major stress. And I just wanted to take the time to say Thank You to Valerie and Kelley at the Dallas, ga. location.

These guys at the Pantego location on Pioneer st are SOOOOOI AWESOME!! I would recommend them 1000 times !!!
They are understanding , patient, empathetic, and kind. I've never felt worried or scared that they were gonna take my car. Even with all that's going on with COVID when I was laid off, they made me feel secure and comfortable they just asked that I communicate. Thanks this app !! I’m so thankful I visited this app when I was in a bind and needed to quickly access cash! Antwanette Terry, at the Cobb Parkway Branch in Smyrna, helped me and was friendly, professional, and efficient! Antwanette went above her obligated duties by making sure to explain the specific ways I could save myself money and avoid paying extra interest and fees by using TitleMax online as well as if I decided to make my payments in the store. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received!

I walked into title max to get a title loan they were so nice and courteous they helped me every step of the way they were excellent in handling my loan details and they made it easy for me to understand all the details including what I needed to pay and when to get my title back they also looked out for me in not getting me over my head I remember what Curtis had said we don’t want your vehicle so start off small I appreciate everything they had done for me and I highly recommend Curtis to handle anybody else’s title loans thank you title max

I got a title loan very quickly from these see guys after being denied by check city. I should have just gone straight to Title Max first!!!
Title Max actually loaned me twice as much as I was originally looking for or expecting and the loan amount was more than I actually paid for my car itself. (But that is also partially bc I got an excellent deal only car in the first place)

Know what you’re getting in to. The contract doesn’t cover everything you think. You will owe money at the end, and find fees didn’t know existed. Fees are tacked into the principle instead of the monthly bill for the month that you accrued the fee. So when you pay it isn’t disclosed that the fee is there. Do everything else you can first. Ask your family. Pawn your tv, ask for an advance, sell a kidney, even scratch off tickets would be a better use of money. Use TitleMax Dave, or another of those payday advance no interest loans. You pay 3 bucks and get up to 250 that you can pay back on payday. Do anything else other than this. 2600 bucks to borrow 601, is insanity.

They have the best bang for your buck! They give the most cash for your title. They even gave us a second chance and we still got way more than we asked for. Chris was wonderful! He was super friendly, stayed later bc we ran past quitting time but he didn’t mind at all. He was fast and very personable. Thank you title max for saving the day!! Doing it in a super painless way!! 5 stars!!!!

McCall at the Morristown store is very friendly and very helpful in fact all of the employees there are very nice and very helpful and they know their jobs really well I would recommend a store to any of my family or friends I went there for Car loan they help me I was in an out really fast I appreciate these guys not all the people in the stores are friendly anymore

Art was simply the best. It was my pleasure to work with him. Always was very respectful and professional and really cares about his clients 2020 Nd still now has been hard on people but every time speaking with art he reassured me to stay positive and did his best to work with me in my terrible times. Ask to borrow $400 get approved for $1200 first payment $87 2nd payment $215 out of the $215 $35 goes towards principle they do not explain this to where you fully understand it they sugar coat it it gets out of hand you get behind they won’t except partial payments has to be in full wouldn’t except $150 had to be $215 or you’re behind title max isn’t allowed to operate in certain states because of outrageous unfair interest rates and they operate lije true loan sharks title max repossessed over 10,000 cars last year how is that “getting your title back with title max?” It’s not bc you don’t

TitleMax is a great Idea,it would be better if customers could pay what they could afford every week or every (2) weeks as long as the payment is in by the due date. Pamela Burgess is the best Store Manger I have ever did business with thumbs up for her help. My Mother had some extra bills due that needed to be paid. And the woman that attended to her was very helpful, and courteous, and was also able to successfully explain the whole repayment process in Spanish, as my Mother is a non-English speaking person. Highly recommend this location

I see all these glowing reviews and I’m suspect! My first payment is due and due to a paycheck error, I was told collections will began for being 3 days late and suddenly an extra $167 is tacked on! Man! What a rip off ! I’m going to borrow the money ASAP and get the heck away from these people. As if that wasn’t bad enough the female that answered the phone was rude and had an attitude which made me get one and I’m typically NOT that person! I only called to ask a question because I’m new to this again!!! NEVER AGAIN! New customer worst experience!!

My store rep Jerry stayed on the phone with me while I downloaded TitleMax . He joked with me as I kept going. This is one of the most user friendly apps and a great way to make a payment when you can’t make it to the store.

The people at the Villa Rica Ga Store were amazing!! This was my first time doing a title loan because our vendors were late with payment and I needed to make payroll and pay some company bills. The manager was an absolute jewel and made the process easy and not stressful at all!

I would contact you directly but there is no way to do it through TitleMax because it’s broken.
I had to call the actual store from Costa Rica because TitleMax isn’t working. I informed the girl who answered the phone at this app that I was not able to do it through TitleMax she said she would contact I guess TitleMax developer? And let them know. It is been a week and is still broken. I even updated TitleMax .

The ladies at 6330 Winchester Road are wonderful! They are always kind. That’s why I prefer going in and making a payment because of the great customer service! Keep up the good work ladies!

Their app is absolutely garbage. You can only add one card every 24 hours which makes no sense whatsoever. Now my debit card is not working on TitleMax so now I have to take time off work to go to a this app location and make a payment. Hey this app, I will be paying off my loan in full and going to your competitor to get a different title loan. Your company, app, and customer service are absolute garbage.
