Boss revolution is CRAP!! I used BOSSMoney multiple times to send money to my family. I tried today and it didn’t work after multiple attempts. I checked my bank account thinking my card was hacked only to see that they took the money out for each attempt I made. I called to have my money back and I was told that I wasn’t allowed to send money anymore. I asked why and the representative said he didn’t know. NO REASON GIVEN at all!!!! I don’t understand how they can just ban people for no reason. I’ll stick with Western Union and MoneyGram at least I am guaranteed that the money will be received and I won’t have any banning issues. Don’t waste your time with BOSSMoney!!!

For the first time I make use of BOSSMoney because of the great free charge deal they have goin on but really ended up paying 4.00 dlls because I sent more than 300 dlls and also the receiver couldn’t pick up the money because they said: the first and second last names were wrong: I went over it a couple of times before paying of course! And giving my card info.. please! I know I put the names correctly! I’m not dumb like the guy I called to get my money back , not Helping but instead making me wait even more!.. finally got my money back but have to wait 5-7 business days or so said the operator . ;;;;;; Bottom line; don’t try to save up money if it means you'll lose time with such low quality applications. Sorry not sorry

I’ve tried using just about every version of BOSSMoney and have never successfully transferred any money using BOSSMoney. It’s quite obvious that whoever developed BOSSMoney is more interested in making it pretty than making it actually work properly. This latest go around asked me to take a pic of my driver’s license, which required access to the camera on my iPhone. And guess what. There’s no way to give BOSSMoney access to the camera on my phone. Totally useless. Makes me wonder if anyone bothers to test BOSSMoney before they release it. I’ve officially given up on Boss. They used to be awesome. Not anymore. And there are way too many alternatives out there now to continue putting up with this nonsense.

I have been using Boss Revolution for a while. In the beginning, everything was great and I even convinced all my family members and friends to start sending money with Boss Revolution. However, last month I sent money for one of my family members back home (who is sick) and they cannot receive the money because, according to them and the customer service rep in my country, the pick up number is incorrect. I called Boss Revolution 4 times and they keep saying the money has been received and they are still waiting for proof of payment. It’s been over 6 months since I sent the money and I am still waiting. Now, the transaction cannot be cancelled and the money cannot be received. Over 6 months! I’ll never use their services again. I Just deleted BOSSMoney on my phone and I’m considering a legal process and social media campaign against this company.

I downloaded BOSSMoney last night hoping it will be the best and fast way to send money internationally only to be disappointed.
I made my first transaction last night with a fee even though they said it was free up to $300 and it’s been 14 hours already no money has been received. I called customer service money transfer and the lady wasn’t nice so I ended the call. 3 hours later I had a voicemail from the verification office to give them a call and has been calling them and leaving voicemails. till now I haven’t been called. I use this service for international calls and it’s good but the money transfer system is bad. please fix it. I hope the money is sent or I get a call because this money is for a very important reason and I thought this service will be good. I’m really really disappointed. 14 hours and the transaction isn’t still successful.

I tried to send money home , the transaction kept failing upon each attempt. So I called their customer service to see what’s going on, after 30 mins waiting an agent finally answered, hung up without giving me a call back , I tried for the second time , spoke with an agent , she said it was held for verification and she hung up again without giving me a call back , Again ? . I went ahead to try after each call attempt to see if the problem has been fixed and I kept on getting that same error. I decided to give it another shot ; I called again at 11pm and the agent told to call back again the following morning because the right team for my issue isn’t working at that time . I called the following morning and the agent told me I can’t use boss revolution and then she hung up again . Don’t waste your time with BOSSMoney . DON’T !

It has cancelled my money transfer three times just because it cannot recognize my mother’s neighborhood name, is not like I can just change the name! No other app or store has give this much problems before just to send a couple box.
I used BOSSMoney because I thought it will be quick transaction, it’s been four days and I haven’t be able to send anything yet! Also they said they will give me the fist money transfer for free, it fail so I thought it won’t charge me again if I attempt because the first time didn’t work... WRONG! It charge me four dollars and it still failed again! Plus you have to wait a whole week to get your money back.
Terrible experience. I tried to contact customer service and apparently the number doesn’t exist. Useless.

Accommodation for blind persons:The last page where it says “slide to submit” is not accessible for screen reader users. The actual button to perform the task is not labeled and makes it arduous frustrating to complete that last task for blind persons, I seek the help of a sited person for just that final slide to submit. Please kindly fix this issue with a labeled button accessible with screen readers like apple’s voice Ova, such that with a double tab on the button, one could still actualize the goal of submitting and completing the transaction.

I have used BOSSMoney for years now and i have seen so much improvement done since they launched the money app. BOSSMoney will get your money to any part of the world in minutes. It’s so user friendly and always stores the right amount of information so you do not have to repeat anything every time. Highly recommend. The calling app is also very cheap to make calls to Anywhere in the world.

First of all I wanna say that I rarely submit a review, I felt I had to do it since this Company seems fair with their services fees and second of all, maybe they do listen to their users. There are multiple things I like about BOSSMoney , one is the design and two is its intuitiveness. This tells you they really wanna make it easy enough for anyone to be able to use it, why not? Is cheaper than its competitors (at least for me sending to DR).

Back to BOSSMoney . I think BOSSMoney design is nice for the most part so I know that many people like the design and another thing I really like is its simplicity, they want your $$$ I mean your satisfaction, jokes aside, they’re pretty fair with their pricing, I can tell based on this particular service (Money transfer).

Now I wanna talk about some areas of improvements. When I was signing up or logging in (Will discuss this point too), I got an error “Invalid number”. I had to go back and re-enter the same # I had entered previously, same one that got this invalid number error. This is really nothing major but it’s just something that shouldn’t be happening, other than that BOSSMoney is intuitive enough for anyone to be able to use and do the intended purpose.

Always remember that user experience is key to the success of any company!

I’m shocked to see some complaints about BOSSMoney. I’m not sure if people are using the right way. I have never gotten any issues with it. I send money. Minutes deposits etc and specially canceled and get refunded with even the need to reach customer services. BOSSMoney is simply brilliant. I could go on about how great it is but it’s only my personal opinion. For those out there who are having issue I’ll say BOSSMoney does what it’s suppose to be doing. Nothing more nothing less.

They have a good solution to the newish money transfer regulations, which disrupted the way I used to send $. Now I send USD for my people to pickup at any large bank branch, with only $1 service fee for access bank. They then have to trade the USD into Naira after cash is picked up but that is inevitable with the new transfer rules. I see they have also added the option to send directly into dom accounts if your recipient has one.

I used to run around to find a place to send money to my mother in Haiti. It was a hassle, until I found Boston Revolution App. I now use BOSSMoney for making calls and sending money HASSLE FREE right from my mobile phone. Try it today. Well, what can I say, the BOSS Revolution app is just a fantastic app with a huge number of advantages and 0 disadvantages! Firstly, the application on the operating device takes up very little memory, secondly, the BOSS Revolution application loads quickly, thirdly, the application has functions that are performed at 100%, fourthly, the application has a low commission for transfer of funds, and, fifthly, promotions are constantly held in the application in which you can win nice gifts or useful presents. Unlike scam apps designed to steal money from users, BOSS Revolution is the most honest money transfer app in the world! I've been using BOSSMoney for about six months and it has never let me down. There is an operational and loyal technical support here, which quickly solves user problems. When I first registered, I had some problems, and the technical support service quickly resolved them, for which I am very grateful! I recommend BOSS Revolution app!!!

I hardly do reviews but I must confess am happy using BOSSMoney. BOSSMoney has been a lifesaver ever since I discovered it. Firstly, their rates are the greatest, especially since this pandemic. I like the way, it gives you details about your transaction on how your money goes and when the money has been deposited into the individual's account. Now I don't have to go and stand at the line waiting to send me to somebody. I can literally send money anytime without any worry!!

I like sending money through Boss Rev. It gives me value for my money and the confidence I need that the money will be delivered anytime. Even if you made an error of any kind, all you need to do is a call to the customer service who will guide you through the process and your money will be refunded without hassles. I recommend Boss Rev., and if you don’t have BOSSMoney , I encourage you to download it and it will save you some money when sending money. Boss Rev., please keep up the good job!

I was a little skeptical of using this due to some negative comments. However, I noticed that the majority of negative comments or bad ratings were old so decided to give it a go. I am very pleased with the results. I used to use Western Union for the convenience of not having to go to a store but today Boss Revolution has earned my business. Having the ability to send money to my love ones in a matter of seconds and directly into their bank accounts...it’s awesome. Keep up the good work!

BOSSMoney functions FANTASTIC and I thought I finally found relief sending money to Ethiopia. Unfortunately I’m unable to send money to Ethiopia. I keep getting a response to “check my payment details,” which as far as I see is accurate. I even tried a different card and I wasn’t able to send money to Ethiopia. I can see the Ethiopian recipient is verified to receive money but somehow, the badly needed send money transaction is not going through. Can you please tell me whether BOSSMoney sends money to Ethiopia?

I been using the Boss Money app for a year now and I really like it. They don’t have the best customer service but you can do most of the things on BOSSMoney so I don’t have to call them much. They have a good conversion rate for my country and their fees are very affordable. I used several other online money transfer services in the past but this is my favorite one so far. I highly recommend it if you send money to Africa. They have a variety of local companies that they work with so it is easy for people to pick up the money you send.

Guys I know you’re probably wondering if BOSSMoney really works to send money abroad or overseas and the truth is for me it worked. I’ve been using BOSSMoney to send mobile money real cash to certain African countries such as Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana etc as long as they have MTN Mobile money account set up or any registered mobile money account it should work. After sending my first transaction, I waited about 30min and they alerted me that the money has finished processing and is ready for collecting. I will be using BOSSMoney now 100% rather than using WesternUnion, WorldRemit or MoneyGram to quickly beat time n make sure my money arrived quickly, no questions asked no need to phone call your bank for verification of transfer as other services do. I love BOSSMoney so much. Thank you.

He intentado enviar dinero a Colombia 4 veces, la transacción siempre pasa a un proceso de verificación del cual ellos no te notifican sino que después de días de espera decidí llamar a ver q pasaba, después de un largo proceso de verificación en el que hasta “conectan la llamada con tu banco” para verificar datos y te piden enviar tu pasaporte y ID por correo me dicen que todo está bien que en 20 minutos liberan el dinero y el resultado es que cancelan la transacción, no quise darme por vencido e intenté 3 veces más y el resultado fue el mismo.

En definitiva es una pérdida de tiempo.! NO USAR

I have tried to send money to Colombia 4 times, the transaction always goes through a verification process which they do not notify you of but after waiting days I decided to call to see what happened, after a long verification process in which up to "they connect the call with your bank" to verify your data, they ask you to send your passport and ID by email after all they tell me that everything is ok and that in 20 minutes they will release the money but the result is that they cancel the transaction, I did not want to give up and I tried 3 times more and the result was the same.

It's definitely a waste of time! DO NOT USE

When you use the platform to send money they will be good to you at the beginning later your money will never get to the destination you sent it, when you call them they will be transferred you back and front and you will be stocked, your money will be on hold for days or weeks if you don’t know what to do,this happened to me, also they may take more than what you send, a friend of mine sent $300 they took out $1000 out of his bank, he was asking me how did I got my money back, I said call your bank tell them the story they will file dispute again them, and your bank will give you your money back immediately, be careful of this platform to send money. Not good for you. Very bad.

I downloaded and use BOSSMoney in May and that transaction went through smoothly, however I used it yesterday which is about five weeks later and it was giving and error message saying there is an issue with the credit card. I tried three times with two different cards and the changes were applied to my cards all three times without sending the credits to the phone number I selected. I called customer service only to be put on hold several times and it kept going back through the prompts. I had to explain to five different representatives because a different one would pick the phone up every time and still did not get my concern resolved. The service is unreliable and not user friendly.

I have to go through the same process to validate my transaction almost every time. A 30minutes wait time to reach a representative then they transfer you to somebody else who puts you on hold for a very long time and rarely comes back. Next thing you know, you find yourself right back to the prompts. It is FRUSTRATING !!! The whole process is simply ridiculous. I would rather pay Moneygram extra than going through this again.

I have been having this issue multiple times and for quite some times now. I spoke with different persons but the ONLY One representative who was courteous enough to let you know what is truly going on is Diana. She takes the time to explain and go back and forth to the Verification department to actually help your issue getting resolve. She is the reason why I am writing today. DIANA deserves a 5 Stars but BossRev in general.... NO. She delivered great customer service.

I have never rated any service or app poorly before but I must say with all sincerity that this is the worst customer service.. They do not care about the interest of their customers and are not very helpful in helping you with your transaction.. I made two transactions and they were pending for a long time before I called to ask why. They didn't tell me that they needed me to fill out a compliance form and fax it to them and that immediately I do, the money will go through, After I did, I waited for hours, it was still pending.. I had to call them again (they don't pick up easily and their "give us a second" takes forever).. After I called, I was told they have to verify from bank, they did, I thought everything should be good but before I knew it, he hanged up.. When I called back, I was told they didn't receive the form.. I was shocked.. It was frustrating.. I had to resend, with another document and it took almost a whole day.. The worst is they act like it's all your fault trying to send money. I tried speaking to a manager but they won't even let me. Am not trying to pull them down but it's frustrating..

I try to sent money to the Dominican Republic today and it took hours to complete the transaction. So I call to customer service number and when i call they took hours to pick my call and then transfer me to speak with another person and again they hold my call. so I cancel the transaction on BOSSMoney and 5 minutes later after canceling they sent me a message saying ( YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD HAS NOT BEEN CHARGED, AND NO FUTHER ACTION ID REQUIRED. A PENDING AUTHORIZATION MAY APPEAR ON YOUR ACCOUNT BUT WILL DROP AUTOMATICALLY IN 1 TO 3 DAYS. NO FUNDS HAVE BEEN TAKEN ) And when I check my bank statement they did withdraw the money 105 dollars so now I hope they return my money back to my account. I thought BOSSMoney was good but BOSSMoney is horrible. Scams steal peoples money.

Before boss revolution money, the option were limited and the hassle of driving to agent location, waiting in line to send few dollars to loved ones, was 😒. Thanks to the new ways to sending money through boss revolution app. Now I can use my time that I use to waste driving and waiting in line for something important.

Sending money has never been this easy. And now I am like 😄✌️

I have no complaints since I started using BOSSMoney. The first time when I started using it was a bit slow due to verification process but after that it’s very fast and within minutes the money is received. Loved the fact that I can do it on my phone without the hassle of going out. Will highly recommend to friends and family

I switched to Boss Money after using Xoom for almost a year. Boss Money has cheaper fees for sending money and better exchange rates, which equals spending less for better results. My funds were received in a little over half an hour, and my first transaction was even free. I couldn't be happier with BOSSMoney, hope you guys never change, you've won a loyal customer for life with the service I've seen so far.

BOSSMoney is amazing, i came over from Xoom which is another good app but i kept getting into little stupid problems with them mostly on their part.
Anywaays BOSSMoney is GREAT!! i send my wife money over seas all the time and it never fails.
Wish it was quicker on transfer times to pick up the money, but it really isn’t that bad. (Just those last minute fast transfer)
Anyways great app, hassle free & I haven’t had a problem yet (1Year Strong)

After a issue with BOSSMoney , now with the apdate works really good.

I introduce all the information required. When I press send BOSSMoney stays in blank and nothing happens so I close BOSSMoney . Start again and same. I’m really frustrated

Stay away from boss money transfer. Worse customer service!!!!. They make money transfers unbearable. Use other companies out there. They are better. This business will go out of business soon if they don’t resolve their issues. I’m filling a complaint soon against them!

This is the worse money Transfer ever! They keep on canceling transfers without any explanation. When you call, it takes an hour to get someone to talk to. When I finally talked to someone they explained limit of transfer per transaction being the issue. I stay by the limit but they consistently cancel transfers without any explanation. They just did. I will tell all my family and friends to stay away from them. They should use remitly, the best so far! Boss have all my details including my iD on file and have verified with my bank and so on. Only one transfer went through since then. Not sure what their problem is, I will not waste time talking to any rep for 2 hours.

They are a very useless company I sent six dollars to my brother for air minutes the money didn’t get to my brother phone try talking to customer service he’s telling me they can’t do anything about it then he sent me to a useless supervisor that had no clue about what I was talking about try to repeat exactly what he was saying yeah I got a useless company I don’t think I would ever get to use them again.

Boss revolution costumer service support is unable to to provide to Mr. MBU MICHAEL TARH who is the sender of the money he transfer to CAMEROON to Mr. Abanda Frank Mbong Tarh. The money transfer was carried out on the 17th February 2021. The customer service support are not taking this matter with much seriousness to provide to Mr MBU MICHAEL TARH relevant papers on how the transaction was carried out. It's already two months now that receipant have not yet pick up the money transfer from BOSS REVOLUTION to MTN Douala CAMEROON, what is happening with your customer service support for not forwarding to the sender a balance sheet of the money he transfer to Mr. Abanda Frank Mbong Tarh. You can not remain silent on this issue, we want to know what happened with the money and who then picked up the money transfered. If your entire Boss Revolution customer service support don't want to follow up, you have no tangable reason of keeping the money, you have the to refund back the money to the sender without any further delay.
