Changed my number today and now I cannot log in and update it. Called the store and she updated it in the system, but STILL cannot log in. Looks like I have to drive 20 miles to mu Title Max store and fix it. Wgen I get my title back I'm NEVER using these jerks again. Their interest rate is too high. CROOKS!!!

Hello my payment was due today i try all morning keeps sending me email verification. Once i click on there to verify say error please help i worry about my late fee and loosing my vehicle . i call store and they dont take payment there .

Mannn.. FUGGGGG Titlemax, they are crooooksss! Don't waste your time. They do NOT explain it like they should, they make it seem like you can pay it back in a timely manner But the interest is going to eat you alive borrowed 3k, gonna end up paying back 10. unreal. hope titlemax goes bankrupt cause aint no way people can pay this crap, fuckin clowns.

I was trying to make my payment today and the app is not working. I have tried multiple times. I do not need to be charged a late fee because the app is not working and you are closed so I can't speak with someone to make my payment.
