Frontline Education Status

I am no longer able to import data from any existing applications, I have used two different computers and an I phone and it crashes every time I begin the process to import data from an exising application

Very sporadic..cannot log in then comes on but stops.. Very maddening when you hear notifications But no response from app.Website ok

For the last few days i cannot log in and just keep getting the message “uh uh - something went wrong. Wait a few minutes and try again or contact your system administer”

The app does not alert me when there are jobs. It did at first but now has stopped.

I uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone and nothing seems to work. I can still access it on my desktop, but not the app on my phone at all. It's important that I am able to access the app from my phone.

I am a substitute teacher for 2 districts, but I am only receiving notifications for one district. And the district is still listed at the top on the app. I know there have been jobs posted for that district because my brother is also a substitute teacher and he has received job alerts.

Hello, I'm having an issue after I login on frontline. It says " error: app not configured for user" I'm trying to use the app on my phone to get notifications for jobs. frontline works fine on my laptop, just not on my phone. I don't know what else to do.

Frontline opens on my laptop, but today it quit working on my i-phone. How do I get it to start opening again? when I try to open the app, all I get is a purple blank screen. Rose Maddux

Frontline keeps timing out/logging me out on IPHONE.

Not allowing me to select a reason for my absence. It doesn’t display the needed choices to choose from. It just says “select one” with a check mark but doesn’t show what you can check.

Hi, My iPhone SE (running iOS 15.5.1)stopped allowing me to log in. My Windows 10 PC logs in with no problems. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, no help. Jo Ann Mitchell

I can create the report but it will not let me view it. When I click to review it will not open up.

I cannot access available jobs on my app due to an available job school from October 25, 2021 is logged in and covers all other schools. you cannot go into any other jobs or the menu on the side. cannot remove it without clicking confirm on the schools widow.

I can log on, but clicking on my districts results in the spinning circle of death and nothing happens after that, so I can't see what sub jobs are available in my districts.

The modules keep lagging. At first it was only after the quiz questions, then it began more frequently. Especially in the Advanced Classroom Management Part 1. I have to click out of that window into another or I've had to close the window and restart it five times already.
