• Taking the boxtops off of products
• People do not have a way to scan receipts in to get points
• 14 day time frame
• Cannot scan large paper sized (8.5x11) papers
• No printed Box Tops in the packaging
• Long receipts won’t scan due to the fact that the date must be shown
• Receipts expire if not scanned within 14 days
• Takes the joy and work off kids for their contributions towards class parties or other incentives
The app will not take me to the screen that allows me to take a photo of my receipt.
Will not do anything after I put my information in.
I have tried for 2 days to sign in. It states there is a problem with the internet connection. I have no issue with any other app. Says try again. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Same issue. Before this problem, it worked fine.
I signed up for Box Tops for Education with app about a week ago and had no problem logging in with Facebook and entering product codes. This week I have been unable to log in, and I get the message "Try Again" with another option. I tried all of the other 3 options to open my account and still got the same message.
I have had no success with getting the Boxtops app to connect . Cannot connect to server comes up every time. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have an Iphone.
I have not been able to use the app for the last 2 days to upload my walmart receipt. It says that there has been a problem and try again later. Any idea what is going on? Thanks, Lisa
