I keep trying to sign up for a virtual visit and every time I switch windows to another app to look up relevant info for the visit it is a blank slate. Can’t leave app and go back. How am I supposed to reference other info in phone if I can’t switch apps. This is a ridiculously basic need.

I logged in at 6:40 this morning and there were already 5 patients in line for each waiting room. I thought, okay this will move fast it’s fine. I was definitely wrong. I stayed in the same “number spot” in line for 45 minutes. This was the issue for all of the doctors. I then proceeded to get kicked out of my waiting room somehow, and I had to get all the way at the end of the line and start with a new number. I am SO annoyed. 8:13, and I still don’t have an answer to my medical concern. This is not an emergency, so I really don’t feel like going to the ER during Covid.

Only using app on phone and no laptop accessibility is a miss. CapitalBlueCrossVirtualCare is clunky and does not save updated information after initially loading data. There should be a better notification process. We were 13th in line, and missed the doctor in a blink. Then had to start over, including re-entering all the information we did to start our session because CapitalBlueCrossVirtualCare didn’t keep info from 5 minutes prior.

All over CapitalBlueCrossVirtualCare it’s says ‘if you can’t *xyz* then contact customer support’
Ok great but how? There isn’t much to CapitalBlueCrossVirtualCare . Where is the link to contact support? Am I missing it?
Also you should be able to message a provider in advance before your appt. there is important info or things that need to be explained or that needs to be in the hands of the dr before the visit at times. Especially in mental healthcare. Often saving everyone time and hassle.
Also please please don’t force logout every time I leave CapitalBlueCrossVirtualCare ! It’s frustrating.

CapitalBlueCrossVirtualCare is very easy to use as a capital Blue Cross member. However it’s missing the ability to translate an appointment directly to an appointment on my device calendar. Also searching for a provider by name and date is vastly different than on the website from a full-blown computer. I would like to find a provider and just shed their calendar. Those two items took away two stars

but I got to the top of the physician’s list four times before it either lost the connection, the doctor went offline, or it transferred me to a different doctor that supposedly would get to me sooner. Overall it took almost four hours before I finally saw someone. No complaints about the service I finally did receive.

Love CapitalBlueCrossVirtualCare , very easy to use! Friendly doctors! Only thing I would recommend is last night I was gonna get my son seen and there was 28 people in front of him. Which I understand. But after waiting 4 hours it got down to 4 people ahead of him, the doctor was no longer accepting patients and we had to start all over again. Personally I think they should have finished the last 4 and not take anymore after that.

I love this service but always had to use it on an old phone because it would crash after 30-60 seconds on my iPhone X. After some experimenting, I found that removing CapitalBlueCrossVirtualCare from the Sources tab of the Health app prevented CapitalBlueCrossVirtualCare from randomly crashing. I’m guessing it is having trouble parsing through all of my HealthKit data?

I was next in line to see the Dr. I had selected, but then I was transferred to another physician and where I had to wait a long time. No reason was given for the transfer to the other physician. My total wait time was more than an hour.
The positive was that the physician I eventually had the tele-visit with wax very good, Dr. Arturo Salazar.

I have never done a review on anything anywhere ... that’s how much I love CapitalBlueCrossVirtualCare! Quick lowdown
Wayyyyyy cheaper than anywhere else you could go
So fast. It lets you know how many people are waiting before you if any as well as an option to pick certain doctors over others
It’s available literally anytime and anywhere
Bottom line... this is going to be the future for all docs doing urgent care like visits! So awesome!

Convenient and so easy. Gives me comfort knowing I can do these virtual visits with having to wait for a dr’s appt. and also during covid it makes me feel at ease.

As a full time student with a part time job, I didn’t want to take the time to drive across town to a doctor and wait using up my precious time. The medical care I got from virtual care is exactly what I needed. Many questions were asked and the nurse new exactly what I needed. A prescription was sent to get me to my best. Very thankful for this wonderful care!

Very simple and intuitive.
Three clicks and a doctor saw me for an abcessed tooth, and the whole visit was done in 5 minutes!
Amazing!

Dr. Gisanrin family physician has seen me a few times over the weekends and has been so nice and thorough. I’m very thankful to have providers like him and this healthcare option. Thank you!

Best if you use CapitalBlueCrossVirtualCare on your phone. I did wait awhile but I was reading my book. The doctor was knowledgeable, informative, and easy to talk to. The price is right and it all happens in the comfort of your home.

My husband and I have used Virtual Care several times so far and the appointments have been incredibly easy with almost no wait time. The doctors are extremely helpful and willing to listen.

I used CapitalBlueCrossVirtualCare right before work and took a total of ten minutes from the time I open CapitalBlueCrossVirtualCare and the time my session was done. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend using CapitalBlueCrossVirtualCare!

My mind is blown! I just spent 5 minutes on what would have been at least a two hour round trip to the doctor’s office. Better yet, it was actually cheaper than an in office copay!! I definitely don’t have extra time the week before Christmas, so this was huge!!

I just had my first experience with Virtual Care and it was fantastic. My doctor was so friendly and understanding and the convenience of just getting a visit from home can’t be beat. CapitalBlueCrossVirtualCare is easy to use and the lower cost is a no brainer. Unless I think I really need to be seen by my doctor this is the way to go.

All I need was a prescription my pharmacy never received my prescription the customer support was as clueless as my myself! Horrible Experience! CapitalBlueCrossVirtualCare is totally pointless if a minor prescription can’t be faxed or called in correctly! The doctor just abruptly ended the video chat! Horrible App!!!

Waited close to 2 hours only to continuously get bumped in the queue. Decided to call our local physician instead.

Dr Margaret Mercado was professional, thorough, proficient and kind. Entire visit took 15 minutes and I was able to do it from my office. Headed to pick up my script. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Saved me from hours waiting in urgent care to be seen. Able to see a provider in live by room and pick up my prescription within the hour.

Great app and service
This app seems great until you're assigned a doctor that sucks. Then, suddenly, you realize that there's absolutely no feedback loop to help select a doc or rate you're experience. It then suddenly hit me that the ones that the insurance company app might promote are the ones that kind of suck. In and out fast and lousy service. Just saying. Check for the review before getting seen.
