Hero Band III Status

Hi, When I went to sleep last night just after midnight I have woke up and my watch says I’ve walked 999 steps? & burned 49 calories, which I think is wrong, what can I do 2 fix this

Steps quit working. Sleep sensing quit. Is this fixable?

Hi, My watch is not always recording my sleep pattern, so far it’s missed 4 this month. Sometimes not the steps too.Your help to be great full. Cheers Sue

My app stopped counting my steps for June. I walked over 20,000 steps yesterday, June 22 and the app didn't record it. It missed just about all of June. WTH??? Why is this happening?

My band stopped tracking my sleep what can I do?

I was allergic to this watch but now my wrist has healed and I am wearing the watch again with a plaster stuck to the back, after three weeks of none use my touch screen is not working. I can still get bp and heart relate etc from my phone just the touch screen not working any more.

Hi, I have had my smart watch for over a year, I have just started using it again and has been working fine but today it has stopped tracking my steps, can you help me to figure out what has happened.

My 3-4 year old Hero Band iii synthetic band just broke — I tried Amazon bands - too wide! Where can I find 3/4” wide (19mm equivalent) bands to fit my model (not listed on box) but says TFT-LCD Smart Bracelet ?!

I have tried changing the background on my watch multiple times, but each time it says the process takes too long and it never allows me to change it.

Will not connect to I phone in app it search’s but does not find the watch. Can’t download new app as is not available

it was working with my Iphone 13 I would get all the readings. now it no longer connects with phone, but does read on the watch directly.
