Why were My total steps and MET for February 9th not captured ? I had over 20k steps. This point of having this tracker is for motivation and to challenge my self to do better and go farther. It’s really disappointing. My battery was charged sufficiently and my software is up to date. Please explain why this happens and if there is a function to go back to log in missing data. Thank you

I got the watch a month or two ago and it has been working fine for the most part. However, yesterday night I set it up to charge while I went to bed and when I got up this morning the watch has been acting weird. It says it’s charging but when I take it off the charger it disconnects from my phone and the watch goes black and won’t turn on. I’ve been trying to let it charge but it’s not really working and I don’t want to waste money on a new charger (considering this one is fairly new and I’m not sure getting a new charger would fix the issue anyway).

Hi my husband is now using my hero band 111. Everything is ok but it is not counting his steps. I have downloaded the app onto his phone and removed it from mine. I have set up his profile on the phone but still not counting any at all. When I put it on now it is not counting them either? Can you suggest anything to correct this Many thanks

I would like it very much if my subscription to Heroband could be cancelled much sooner than the date posted. Please wave the fee of $18.07 plus the extra $5.85 on my phone bill. Or any other fees I can no longer afford it. Please I urge you not to charge me for the month of March. Thanks for your services in the past. Hi, I’ve had my Popglory watch a couple weeks. At first it worked great and I was very happy. I charged it after 7 days and then the weather wouldn’t work anymore. It says “undata”. The cloud also shows a question mark. I have tried resetting it multiple times, turning it off and on, disconnecting and reconnecting the watch to the ap on my phone. Everything else seems to be working. Pleas help me get the weather working again. If it won’t work, I’m returning it. Thank you.

I have tried numerous times with the app and it's not allowing me to access the app. Keeps giving me a message "Unfortunately HeroBandIII has stopped and when I hit it again it says the samething. It's been like this for 3 days. I have even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I have sent in through the help the issues and nothing as of yet. Please help!!!!!

Dear HeroBandIII. My charger that came with my smartwatch doesn't work anymore. I have tried to order another one online however, none of them worked with mine. We noticed the placement of the function to the new chargers charged but the magnets were at opposite ends of the watch itself. I have a v1.0.0-1541-g99b577ab5-1636 watch. The step count is double the actual steps walked. The BO is also at least 20mmHg - 25mmHg off (far too low) and looses weather connection every couple of days. Installed the Beta SW but step count still way overstated.

Purchased my hero band III about 4 months ago or so. The button to light up the screen no longer works and the screen face has stripes all over it as if the electronics have gone hay wire. Now they want me to pay 1.00 to get electronics assistance. I like the look of the product and I liked the product but apparently it does not last.

Hello, My husband just bought me the HeroBandIII for a bday present. However, I feel the step counts and calories burned are not accurate. The step count seems high and the calories burned seems low. I compared to my FitBit during a workout and my FitBit for 1 hr 10 min workout shows 236 calories burned. The HeroBand only shows 113 calories burned for the same 1 hr 10 min workout. I also noticed that the HeroBand doesn't have as many exercise modes. It doesn't have Weights, which my FitBit does. I had to select Swimming for the workout, so the discrepancy could be due to that. Does HeroBand have a Weights exercise mode?

Hi. I have been loving this watch but recently it first over-counted steps (1,500 when I was just mooching round in the bedroom for 10 minutes so minimal activity) and now has periods when it stops recording them at all (today suspected the issue so counted manually - I walked 1,882 steps and the watch only recorded 200). I had the watch since 24th February this year. Please advise.

I have had the hero Band III about two weeks now everything seems to be working fine and I like the display. The only issue is it over overstates my steps. I can take 15 steps turn around take 15 more steps and it says I've done 90 steps. I wish I could adjust it to my actual steps. If there was a way to do that I would sure like to know. Overall I think it's a great watch for a fabulous price.

You get what you pay for? It was easy to set up initially, but then things went downhill over the next month. The touchscreen is not very sensitive, so it’s very hard to navigate between the few different screens that are available. I noticed a few weeks ago, a few weeks after having purchased it, that the time was off by several hours and minutes (date also). I tried to reset the device, offloaded the software from my phone and uploaded it again and I have not been able to get the watch to work after following the instructions and even trying some other combinations. Now the touchscreen is even less responsive. The blood oxygen, blood pressure, and heart rate monitors still work, or at least I think they do. I cannot be sure of the accuracy of the readings given how dysfunctional the rest of the device is. I cannot get it to connect to my iPhone 12 anymore either.
Also noticed that the steps are super inaccurate. You can get several thousand steps by binge watching and never getting off of the couch, just by managing the tv remote.
I should be grateful it was inexpensive? No, the company should not sloppily create a device that doesn’t work and then charge any amount of money for it. Very disappointed.

I bought this to monitor my blood pressure and so far that has been pretty helpful. But I don’t understand why I have to reset all of my personalized settings every single day. halfway through the day I look at my watch and notice that it has reset itself back to 24 hour time period instead of 12 hour. I also have to change it back to imperial instead of metric and when I try to customize the watch face, that just gets reset back to the default also. This is extremely annoying and I don’t know if it’s because I am accidentally resetting some thing like if I have my arms crossed it thinks I am “long pressing” the watch face. The option to reset defaults on the watch should be at the very end of the rotation so it’s not accidentally getting pushed through a typical day. I also wish there was a way to customize the menus on the watch. There are a few features that I would like to remove because I do not use them but I still have to scroll all the way through them to get back to the beginning. Please keep working on updates to make this watch better.

The watch functions when charged and functions accurately as a watch. Step counter and sleep monitor are inconsistent. It also lights up at night to monitor heart rate and is disruptive to sleep. It’s good for a watch but not much else. I am a nurse and compared my vitals (heart rate and SpO2) with a medical grade monitor and the readings were inaccurate. Also it claims to provide a blood pressure measurement but that’s not accurately possibly without some sort of cuff. Also ready much lower than my actually blood pressures with a standard blood pressure cuff. It is waterproof and durable. The camera feature doesn’t work. The weather app says it’s -1 degrees outside and it’s 50’s today—I did verify Bluetooth was connected. So yeah…you get what you pay for. I still wear it sometimes because it did let me upload a cute picture of my hubby on the watch face. It looks expensive but it doesn’t really consistently do what it advertises that it does.
