App does not track my sleep

Why didn’t it measure my sleep lastnight.

My watch isn’t counting my steps and it isn’t showing up on my app, I am getting plenty of steps in a day but my watch won’t count them

Sleep programme only works for a few days then stops.

My watch has stopped tracking my sleep and has never displayed the weather.

My watch stopped tracking my steps and sleep on Dec 30th 2022 I've tried resetting it I've tried powering it off and it still isn't working how do I fix this problem I've had my watch for 3 years now and have only had the one issue can someone please help

My hero band want charge, I tried everything.

It only shows the time, it won’t show my steps, my blood pressure, my oxygen level and my heart rate

My watch will not hold a charge and keeps making a buzz sound then shows other. I have reset it and done most troubleshooting.

No sleep data for 3 days on my fabulous Heroband watch.

I just need to know hos to reset my band so that it tracks my sleep, every time I charge it the device stops tracking, any suggestions would be appreciated

The sleep monitor does not show any data. I only bought the watch 2 weeks ago. Can someone please help ?

Hi, I'm loving my heroband watch. It was counting my steps/ calories daily and measuring my sleep but now it's doing neither. The watch is still working as a watch but I'm on a keep fit programme and want to know steps/ calories etc. Please help Regards Ruth.

The past 2 days it has reset my steps back to zero and hasn't reached my sleep.

I can not download watch faces and I am going to return the watch unless someone has a solution. The download starts and gets to 99% EVERYTIME but then times out. Is this an app or watch issue, I do not know. If anybody has any advise, Please help!
