This is the first time I use RivaFashionريڤافاشن because I would usually go to the actual store, but with the current situation online shopping has become the most convenient way. Unfortunately RivaFashionريڤافاشن or the people who are running it aren’t at the top of their game!
First of all it took them few days to notify me that there was a problem with the payment. Which was actually at their end! For some reason they didn’t withdraw the payment!
Since I’ve placed the order here I placed another 2 orders from a different app on different dates and I have received both already. But I’m still waiting for my tracking number! Who ever is in charge of replying via WhatsApp said that RivaFashionريڤافاشن is not yet updated!
I hope you figure out what needs to be done to improve your services.

I see RIVA website available to ship USA but when I order during payment doesn’t work and I asked by Tex to RIVA fashion but they told me we don’t have any issues from website and I tried many times but Unfortunately doesn’t work!

RivaFashionريڤافاشن is user-friendly and ordering is simple. But try returning a purchase! Customer service is slow and returns are difficult to the point that it’s not worth the headache!!

Yoy didn’t bring all my order and you didn’t tell me about that How can i contact with you to return my money

Never order any thing from them. Rather than l was waiting my package 32 days. It arrived with missing pieces, and they ignored me when I asked about the rest of clothes and don’t refund my money which was above 1000. The worst app 👎🏼

I didn't get any problems when I order, but when I want to return some items, I couldn't reach them. Also, I send an email, and now is the fourth day with no response.

The worst application. It’s impossible to return or exchange items! Why can’t I return it in store instead? And why should I save the bag inorder to return! They ignore you till the 14 days are due. Application is hard to use without good filters. Last time I will use it or buy from the store .

More than 10 days waiting my items to arrive and unfortunately in every call they gave me different excusions . Delivering service is too slow and bas

Worst app I used until now!! For help they said email us, and you will get is auto-replies and more than 8 days of useless communication and the mistake they have done is not solved yet. I got wrong order and they didn’t return it nor send me the right item! Diffidently not gana use RivaFashionريڤافاشن for ordering again

Good looking app but Once you place your order and finished payment, then they will give you the estimated delivery date which is 14 days and they won’t meet it! And you can not communicate with them as no one reply to the live chat, no phone number.

Their customer service is very bad, late reply with no intent to solve issue. On top of that probably the worse return policy I’ve found on any fashion website/app I’ve tried. They reimburse value without tax, on top of extra cherges for you as customer. So read carefully their policy before you order.

I won’t repeat the mistake of buying online from RIVA. I asked for a return from more than 10 days. No one came to pick up the order. I called RIVA twice and sent an email without any real service. Today I called without any answer. Extremely disappointed. Will never buy again.

RivaFashionريڤافاشن is very very very poor and the performance is so weak.
It is away from technology and it is not easy to use.
The customer care is very good.

I bought clothes when I try to change didn’t help me to do it . I go back to home without change . They have so bad services in the stores and hard payments by online , I can’t buy any things with many credit cards the need but checkout doesn’t work , I don’t know way . I really angry have bad idea about RIVA

Their customer service is probably the worst ive ever dealt with. No body answer phone calls, their email inbox is full and doesn’t accept anything, and they take forever to answer their live chat. I was willing to exchange what I ordered but after what I encountered im returning everything and deleting RivaFashionريڤافاشن . I have complained to customer service about my experience they didn’t even show any interest nor apologizes about anything. Do not recommend!!

It isn’t possible to track the order and also customer service on WhatsApp is extremely slow
