I have a Solis inverter with batteries installed by Sam Hayes 2 years ago. I do not know my account number and unfortunately my iPhone ap will not recognise me. I’ve tried to get the problem resolved with Sam since Christmas but I’m still waiting. Please help, I just need to know my account No. and have an ap that actually works. Regards Robert Seymour
Need to explain to my customer why on the graph his load mirrors the generation when his consumption doesn't change he is confused to the point that he is saying that he is worried the PV is causing him to use more electric than before we installed. How do I explain this in layman's terms
