The latest update broke agile pricing information and removed all the numerical data. The graphs are pretty, but please bring back the easy-to-read statistics along with them.

The response time of reporting is at least an hour delayed. Which makes one feel like it’s an app from when there were No Gs, just E (even from before 2G). Sungrow is much better in reporting (instant).

I was hoping for a better product. The inaccurate data and owner interface is below what I expected.

Day power generate don’t match with the description on the day power description on the months power graphics. A total mismatch is happening to me. One day graphic shows 28 Kw and this same day on the Month power over overview shows 0 Kw, I just don’t get it.
Please check this giant bug.

It will be better if you could see in real time usage and not every 5 minutes. Or to be able to control your BMS settings using SolisCloud .

I am writing this critical review of your app (and solar inverter) with a heavy heart. As a loyal customer, I was hoping for a more positive experience, but unfortunately, I have been left disappointed with some aspects of your app & products.

Firstly, the 5-minute update frequency is something that I find quite inadequate. As mentioned by another reviewer, this frequency is not ideal, and it leads to inaccurate readings of the performance of the solar inverter. I feel that this is a significant issue that needs to be addressed urgently.

Secondly, the inability to download all data into a spreadsheet is a severe limitation for users who are looking to analyze their solar power production. While your application provides some basic functionality, it falls short of expectations. I strongly believe that providing the ability to download all data into a spreadsheet would be a huge improvement and benefit to your customers.

Thirdly, I find it concerning that the connected equipment must be switched off and on during production to see a performance improvement of about 1 KW. This is a considerable drop in performance and is something that should not be occurring with a high-quality solar inverter product.

While I do not think your application is terrible, there is a lot of room for improvement. The user interface is not as intuitive as it could be, and some of the features could use a bit more work, e.g. the layout is confusing .

However, my biggest concern is that I am not confident that my feedback will be acknowledged and acted on by anyone from Solis, and it makes me hesitant to continue using your products in the future.

In conclusion, I hope that you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your products to provide a better user experience. Your customers deserve the best, and I believe that with some significant improvements, you can continue to be a leading provider of solar inverter products.

SolisCloud would become even better if user had the choice to adjust the frequency of data upload cycle for datalogger 5min delay is too long for taking live readings .It would be very beneficial for the nerds community.And we should also be given an option to enable or disable dark background theme in SolisCloud it would help in saving battery and screen burns.I hope that these improvements would be implemented in a future update.

I am an electrician, believe me or not, Almost 80% of the inverters are same inside, I find Solis pretty unique and Best ever I seen. Same with SolisCloud , U will not see such a detailed and UserFriendly Interface for any inverter, its real-time and accurate, use it with bluetooth to get details real-time.
