Hello, I had a try of your service, i signed up for 6 months only! nothing but scamers no real people, my 6 months are up and i see today you took $299 out of my bank for another 6 months to which i never Authorized! You have taken money off my account without my consent. I only subscribed for a one month trial run. Amount of 999.00 absolutely ridiculous. I did not authorize a second payment. Cancel subscription with immediate effect. I instructed my bank not to allow the debit to go through. If you don't do a refund on my account and cancel the subscription and debit I will report you. Your modus operandi is very unethical and your service questionable. I heartedly regret subscribing to this site.

Not having success working with your billing department

My credit card was stolen and I lost money on my account. I sent many messages to your billing department explaining to them the situation and of all the billing department of all other dating sites that I have worked with you all are very difficult and not flexible to deal with a situation when a customer has a issue. I have offered a solution to the problem but after several emails the person I that is working my case is being extremely difficult and threatens me with collections legal action. I am writing a this review to let people see how difficult your customer service in your billing department refusing to work with a customer who his credit card was stolen and the bank has locked his credit card.
