Cannot access my site
I also reported links aren't working since their recent 'upgrade'. Unfortunately, their support team is non-existent so they did nothing but send a canned response. Almost a month later and they still haven't fixed the issues. Luckily I found out before I renewed my subscription.
Website wont open. My iMac says the website can't be opened by "Safari". Hadn't had any trouble before. A recent contact probably thinks I am ignoring her . Paid up until October, request a refund. Investigating other sites. This has been going on for four days.

I reported a problem with Ourtime links having stopped working after the last site software update. There has been no resolution from your I.T. support group. This is virtually the ONLY site I have problems with. I am sure I am not alone in this. You have a serious problem which needs to be resolved. I will cancel my membership if this situation is not fixed.
Site has always had issues. Just signed back up last night and cannot do anything. getting messages however and cannot even respond. Payment went thru with flying colors, you would figure right. Not even using my phone for this.
As of this morning, Ourtime no longer shows the names/profiles of people who have viewed me. Nor do profiles contain the "I am looking for" column. What is the purpose of these (to me) unhelpful changes?

There are erroneous facts connected to my name and account which affect my profile. There are several n people with the same name and middle initial! I need this to be corrected immediately!!
