How to fix SLIDE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SLIDE app on iPhone
Update SLIDE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SLIDE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SLIDE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SLIDE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SLIDE Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SLIDE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SLIDE App
1. On android, goto Settings » SLIDE » click [Force Stop]

Update SLIDE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SLIDE App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SLIDE » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SLIDE.

Fix SLIDE unable to contact server/ SLIDE internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SLIDE » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SLIDE » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SLIDE
