My credit card was stolen and I lost money on my account. I sent many messages to your billing department explaining to them the situation and of all the billing department of all other dating sites that I have worked with you all are very difficult and not flexible to deal with a situation when a customer has a issue. I have offered a solution to the problem but after several emails the person I that is working my case is being extremely difficult and threatens me with collections legal action. I am writing a this review to let people see how difficult your customer service in your billing department refusing to work with a customer who his credit card was stolen and the bank has locked his credit card. I hope this review help me to fix my issue

Singles50 description says that the subscription is $40 bucks a month and the sign-up page in Singles50 says that it’s $60. Not cool. I wouldn’t of wasted my time if I knew it was gonna be that expensive.

just signed up this site, not impressed by the service at all. matches are hundreds of miles if not further away from where you are unless you live in coastal towns.

you can’t report fake profiles or profiles with obscene photos.

it was a waste of my money, don’t waste yours.

Probably one of the worst sites I have been on for scammers.
I have yet to actually come across a real profile.
Sad That this happens on these types of websites.
Women be careful. Just a heads up

Fewer than 12 matches within 100 miles of West Michigan in three months

Profile photos disappear on many matches within a day or two

Profiles do not contain much useful information

I have been on other online dating sites with acceptable to excellent results. My advice.
Look elsewhere. Don’t waste your money here
