My staff only has the windows desktop app. I have access to the iPhone app and at Time I would not share the iPhone app because I felt it has too many problems. For example, there are read messages in the inbox on this iPhone app that we have already dealt with and archived. It is like the iPhone app doesn’t sync with the desktop app. I cannot tell if there are messages that need attention or were never dealt with.
Also they clear Flags before they archive messages on your windows desktop app yet on your phone app there are messages that are archived that are flagged. Why is this?
I have been using the app about 4-5 months now. I notice the most recent update was 2 days ago. Are these issues going to be fixed?
Your windows app has a beta mode which has these exact same issues (archived messages show in inbox and flagged messages do not behave right) and a non-beta mode. WE DO NOT WANT TO BE BETA TESTERS. WE ARE NOT PAYING TO BE BETA TESTERS. Can you please make a non beta version of this app or have an option to opt out of this beta version?

The schedule portion of the app doesn’t show columns/ ops and it doesn’t show as an actual schedule. If a patient texts and needs an appointment it’s impossible to see gaps in the schedule or what ops have open time.
Also the huddle feature isn’t available on the app.
No benefit to the app with this.

Workstations app is ok, but iOS app is buggy and unable to log in. Same with SR Review. Unable to get help from a real person other than SR forum. SR was good a few years ago when we 1st signed up but lately it’s really bad. We’re switching to a different service.
