Couldn’t get access to a visit, waited hours. Should have just gone to urgent care.

I rated this 3 stars because my insurance could not be found so I had to pay OOP which was annoying but still work it

This was my first visit the online doctors and it went fairly well the only problem I had was after filling out lots and lots of questions it asked about my medications. So I went upstairs got my prescription came back downstairs to my computer and it had timed out and logged me out and I had to start over bummer.

Efficient, timely, personable, competent & genuine eagerness to help.

This experience chatting with a doctor online has been amazing. I am healing from a surgery that prohibits me from driving but I really needed to be seen by a doctor for a lingering cough since having the flu a month ago. I actually woke up today to find this notice about my insurance provider offering these virtual visits. Perfect timing and so happy with the professionalism of Dr. Holly Smith. If you don’t make use of DrsOnline. You are missing out on a convenient medical service.

Once you set this up you then get a link to use it with your provider. It is easy and the connection has been great. It does drain my phone battery quickly so have a charger on hand. I have used it twice and plan to use it again.

So much faster and safer than going into an urgent care. I’m so happy I used this. The doctor was quick and very friendly.

This is a great tool for members. It’s so quick and easy and you can schedule on your own time. I’ve used it a few times and the doctors are always very professional and easy to talk with.

This was so convenient and not awkward at all like I was worried about. I just face-timed with a really nice doctor and he was able to help me with my issue in seriously ten minutes. You obviously can’t use this for every ailment but this sure helped me with my minor problem.

This was such a seamless experience! I got FaceTime with a kind and professional doctor at 10 pm and had a prescription called in 20 minutes later. Didn’t have to take time off work for an appointment or spend all night feeling crappy before I saw someone. Will use again!

I’m using my telehealth visit today which is an extremely convenient way to receive health services for busy people. I find my clinician kind and patient and will continue using as well as for other needs.
