Got a new Bancontact card and pin and I can not log in to ING app for over a month now.
I have a card reader, followed all the steps succesfully, but the last step does not work, i do not receive the activation code, i wait , and i wait...then i get a Message, "sorry it took too long, TRY AGAIN" and again and again , it does not sent the activation code, My I phone is an apple 13 ?? also the QR code, does not work. I do not have itsme app, since my phone number is based outside the Benelux
I cannot log in to home bank via the card reader. I constantly receive an error message for days. The supprot line is not replying, just playing music for hours.
Almost all day I can not inlog. I get the turning wheel with a message saying ONE MOMENT
They said they fixed it yesterday and this morning should work, but is not true, the app still doesn`t work!!!!!!!!!!!
