- Less features than in the previous app.

- Search function isn’t working.

- App settings don’t exist.

- Bancontact payments do not work when transferring from another app.

- Have to reauthenticate with the card reader every time with a reinstallation of the app.

Got a new Bancontact card and pin and I can not log in to ING app for over a month now.

I have a card reader, followed all the steps succesfully, but the last step does not work, i do not receive the activation code, i wait , and i wait...then i get a Message, "sorry it took too long, TRY AGAIN" and again and again , it does not sent the activation code, My I phone is an apple 13 ?? also the QR code, does not work. I do not have itsme app, since my phone number is based outside the Benelux

I cannot log in to home bank via the card reader. I constantly receive an error message for days. The supprot line is not replying, just playing music for hours.
