My Sleepscore does not report any data. Initially reports showed very low numbers i.e. deep sleep - 2 minutes.

Past 2 months, sleep tracker gives me very low readings saying I’m awake for hours, when I’m not. I have moved to new town, cracked case recently, but it’s not covering speakers. Could be dirty, I will check and clean. Should I delete app and reload?
