FirstHeritageFCU is garbage. Not once since downloading the new app have I been able to access my bank accounts. It keeps saying there is a server error. 🙄 I’m literally switching banks if this problem isn’t resolved by the end of the day.
I am never able to log in because it either can’t find me or my login credentials are wrong even though I have them written down.
This this worst app ever!!! Ever sentence they did the new update FirstHeritageFCU rejects my checks, it will take one check that’s endorsed they way they ask with first Heritage bank deposit. And will reject my next check endorsed the same way. Now it’s reject all my checks. I have to go to the bank ether way. Please please fix FirstHeritageFCU the reason I have FirstHeritageFCU is to make my mobile deposit. Really thinking about changing banks completely so I have an apps that works.
Every time I try to view my accounts, it just keeps loading and loading and never finishes. This has been happening for weeks now. On another note, the available balance is always wrong and keeps costing me fees. Seriously thinking about cutting ties altogether with this bank.
We should be able to make principle payment on mortgage saver like we could 2 years ago.
It’s a bit cumbersome having to go between dashboard and accounts to pay bills and check transaction history.
The transactions are not showing up on my accounts. I understand some take a while but these are the same vendors I use all of the time.
Always when I’ve needed personal attention the bank crew had been fantastic.
The bank itself took money from my personal account to put money on my husband account. NOT FAIR! :-(
Generally FirstHeritageFCU works fine to view my account. When I checked today, 3 checks didn’t show as cleared, nor did 1 deposit. The checks were written at the end of April and the check deposited remotely. A call to the credit union confirmed that all transactions were processed. I removed FirstHeritageFCU and reinstalled. The transactions are now visible. I’m not sure what the problem was.
Love this bank and their online/mobile abilities! So glad I’m with first heritage now.

It works very well. What I love is that I can go back and tag or label transactions. This is great for tracking.

We travel all winter from NY to Florida to California. I am able to utilize our accounts through FirstHeritageFCU . The remote check deposit is flawless. Thank you!
I find FirstHeritageFCU very user friendly. I can get anything I need to get done right here on my iPad. The only thing that I cannot do is get cash in hand. Hopefully, my iPad will support the new updated app.
Can you please bring back where it says your account total next to what was deducted/added to your account? It’s hard to tell what is pending and what’s actually in my account.
