I have WFIMyAccount on my phone, but don’t understand why I’m getting charged a processing fee if I’m logging into WFIMyAccount and making the payment through there??? Usually, there’s only a processing fee if I call in and speak with someone, and ask them to process it for me. Really unsatisfied, about the processing fee.
Okay I’ve been having issues with WFIMyAccount for the past 7 months, never left a review because I didn’t really care.
Doesn’t matter the card I use, I’ve had a few in the past year, none will go through. I even deleted WFIMyAccount multiple times to try and see if the problem fixes itself.
It doesn’t.
Please fix this problem I’m having.
It always says
“Make signature payment (credit card) payment failed.”
Now to be honest the reason I got a phone call was cause I forgot to pay my bill on time but the phone call was by far and beyond disgusting guy calls me in the middle of him and his friends talking about sex toys which lead me to believe the call had to be fake but no....the people who work here lack the service in “customer service” it’s like the interview is 1 question to work for them and that that question has to be “can you use a phone?” Cause they must hire just about anyone
You answer the phone the person just breathing. Unable to make a payment this application says it doesn’t recognize my credentials. Accessing on the web it tried to enroll autopay. Please do better
My app is set to auto pay and they still don’t take the money out of my account on the day it’s supposed to. Therefore they try to make you late to charge even more interest when It’s clearly their fault. I have a 100% on time payment on every one of my other loans. WF is the worst company to get a loan from hands down
Customer service is very rude .. All they wanna do is argue .. we provided them paperwork when our first payment was and they went in and changed it blamed it on us … Supervisors are a joke … We provided the contract with our due date and they just do not wanna help people resolve to pay when it was set up to pay for a reason … so I pay when it’s suppose to be due and they are charging me late fees when it’s their fault .. They set people up for failure from the start … Need better training they are providing a service and need to be more understanding … would never use this company again if I had a choice … if I could give 0 stars I would ….
I dont understand why after multiple log ins for years now I have to verify my log in every single time!!!! It gets very annoying and frustrating having to do the text,call, or email verification every-time I open WFIMyAccount . I understand the security part but really, every single time??? Now are y'all going to pay for the data rates that may apply for having to reverify myself in every login I do?? Its still same phone , same face, same account, stop being so extra!! ( Also have tried to make multiple payments through WFIMyAccount which are not going through!)
WFIMyAccount is okay. Just a basic bill pay app. The annoying part is not having the face id option and having to put in my password each time.
It’s okay for viewing and paying your bill, but it says a lot about the company when the interface is set up in a way that try’s to trick the user into signing up for automatic payments . Once this debt is paid, I will never use this company again, nor will I advise anyone else to. This is a very sleazy business. Since the pandemic they have actually increased their collection efforts to take advantage of their customers who have fallen on hard times.
Auto fill doesn't recognize fields but otherwise smooth app
It’s so easy to pay my car note on WFIMyAccount just one click, no hassle , no worries, just want more go towards my car not interest but it don’t happen every month but can approve there but other than that I love them!
The company is good but I have loan with them for 2 year and I never miss payments but every time I pass one day or two day for payment they start calling like if I never going to pay them
It’s a nice app. User friendly and I have had no issues with it yet.
Very convenient and easy to use... I have no reason to call... all the information I need is provided in WFIMyAccount . Pay of balance, precious payments, etc
I wish it would update the payments faster

Very nice staff and never have had a problem once. Very easy to work with.
I love them. They approved me during covid when it was so hard to get a loan. They report to the credit bureau monthly which has increased my credit score almost 100 points in a year.
Ever since I had the opportunity to enroll with this bank it has been nothing but a great experience. I honestly never want to finance through another bank other than Western Funding for me and my businesses.
