2 years agoGood day, Your company debit the an amount of R2099.00 in the my account for the application I didn’t download nor subscribe to nor do I even know how and what it is used for. May I kindly receive a refund for the mound you’ve taken in my account please.

2 years agoI got a charge from you guys for a M Smith app (Fill PDF Editor, Signature app) subscription and I didn't sign up for a subscription with this app , I download it by mistake and because of it I had to remove it right away at the same time, so I didn't use it not even ones and now I got a charge of 119.99? I don't even have this app on my phone what that charge is for? I don't want to offend no body but I need my money back i don't use this app and I am not interested on have it at list for now, please you guy have to reimburse my money! thanks for your guys time and I would like to here from you guys soon.

3 years agoI allowed my neighbor to use my phone and I'm assuming she did something with this business and my linked cards that are in my phone I think she authorized it without me knowing to complete whatever she was doing on my phone and now I found a $80 charge that I need to get refunded and removed so this doesn't happen again please

Terrible App - Basically a scam
I wanted to quickly sign a document on my phone so I downloaded this app. It won’t let you use it unless you put in your credit card information and sign up for the free trial so I did thinking I could just cancel it immediately after the one thing I had to do and not get charged. However, any time you try to cancel your subscription or use the contact support option, it comes up with an error message. I’m pretty sure they did this intentionally so that YOU CAN’T CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. On top of that it DIDN’T EVEN WORK when I tried to do it - it goofed up the file I uploaded and the page that I had to sign was replaced with a copy of a different page. USE DOCUSIGN - it’s free and much better. This was a huge waste of my time and I got scammed :(

Too hard to cancel
I only needed the app to sign one pdf. I downloaded the app in a hurry and agreed to the free trial with the $120 subscription later, planning on just cancelling the subscription right after I signed my paper. It wouldn’t let me cancel within the app and kept wanting me to send an email as feedback. In a panic, I finally came back here and found a review that said you can cancel your subscription through the App Store. I was able to do this thankfully but I do not like how I couldn’t just do it in the actual app. Because of all the hassle, I’m giving it 1 star. Also, I think it’s strange that all of the negative reviews that people have left have 4 or 5 stars. I don’t know, seems a little weird to me.

No cancelation and huge charge
Wish I read all the reviews on how they don’t let you cancel but I was in a rush because I had to sign a paper for my attorney. But the app couldn’t even be used correctly. Most the 5 star reviews are people complaining hoping for the company to see but obviously the company hasn’t. When you open the app it says to try the free week trial with easy cancelation. Once I realized it couldn’t do what I needed, I hit the cancelation button. It opens an email to customer service, I filled it out, and once I sent it said “feedback sent”. But then 7 days later I was charged $128. So I have emailed them multiple times and no response. DO NOT GET THIS APP.
