I got a charge from you guys for a M Smith app (Fill PDF Editor, Signature app) subscription and I didn't sign up for a subscription with this app , I download it by mistake and because of it I had to remove it right away at the same time, so I didn't use it not even ones and now I got a charge of 119.99? I don't even have this app on my phone what that charge is for? I don't want to offend no body but I need my money back i don't use this app and I am not interested on have it at list for now, please you guy have to reimburse my money! thanks for your guys time and I would like to here from you guys soon.

I allowed my neighbor to use my phone and I'm assuming she did something with this business and my linked cards that are in my phone I think she authorized it without me knowing to complete whatever she was doing on my phone and now I found a $80 charge that I need to get refunded and removed so this doesn't happen again please

As with previous users this app seems great at first. However upon use I noticed it doesn’t play well with word documents. And even with all info entered it does not allow me to cancel my subscription (over $100), or message the developer regarding general information. Definitely wasn’t what I was looking for, and unless able to get fixed will have to dispute this once charged.

I got charged $120 for a year. Yesterday was my cutoff for my “free trial”. Tried for 2 days to contact them but “contact us” doesn’t work. I finally managed to unsubscribe thru settings on my iPad. But now I’m stuck with being charged the $120. Very frustrating! Hoping developers will read this and refund me. Beware on downloading for yourself, I will update if they do a refund but as of now…I feel like I was scammed

I wanted to quickly sign a document on my phone so I downloaded this app. It won’t let you use it unless you put in your credit card information and sign up for the free trial so I did thinking I could just cancel it immediately after the one thing I had to do and not get charged. However, any time you try to cancel your subscription or use the contact support option, it comes up with an error message. I’m pretty sure they did this intentionally so that YOU CAN’T CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. On top of that it DIDN’T EVEN WORK when I tried to do it - it goofed up the file I uploaded and the page that I had to sign was replaced with a copy of a different page. USE DOCUSIGN - it’s free and much better. This was a huge waste of my time and I got scammed :(
