How to fix FlickType app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FlickType app on iPhone
Update FlickType app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FlickType iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FlickType on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FlickType network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FlickType Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FlickType not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FlickType App
1. On android, goto Settings » FlickType » click [Force Stop]

Update FlickType to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FlickType App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FlickType » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FlickType.

Fix FlickType unable to contact server/ FlickType internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FlickType » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FlickType » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FlickType
