This company do not help you with finding your order. I order my item almost 2
Months ago and no item and they can't help me. I've sent 10 to 15 emails for item or refund, still nothing In return.
We really liked JourniPrintPhotobooks (and still do), but definitely have a desire for faster shipping. Our order was processed over two weeks ago and the album is no where near arriving at our doorstep. Per the tracking info, it sits at each location for 3-5 days. Hoping to receive the album be the end of the month at this point.
Not sure what to rate this because I saw it on an ad and it said you could make custom polaroid prints? I could not figure it out and it would be great if I could get some feedback!🤷🏻♀️
I am a big photo keeper type (15,000 edited photos in my desktop...) and have tried several products over the years...including Facebook albums which are 98% pre selected and takes hours to delete photos and place them in the order you desire. I decided to try this company and was very pleased with the beautiful quality of the paper and cover and love the date captions! I think JourniPrintPhotobooks needs to improve photo repetition, as another review noticed. Highly recommended!!
I had fun making my first book and was impressed with the quality. I had painstakingly created a border on each of my photos before uploading them for printing. To my dismay almost all of my images were cropped and my borders were cut off. It would have been perfect except for that.
Seems like a good app, but I don’t have a option to make Polaroids. I watched the help videos but I didn’t have all the options I only had the option to make a photo book. Please help me!
Love ability to keep hard copies of my iPhone photos favorites! 4 stars because dates of photos does not reflect actual Year favorites were taken!

Thank you Journi! You made this Texan happy. I have been making photo calendars for years and decided to try something new. I loved your app, easy to use cell photos. The photos were clear and colorful. The only problem was the shipping from Germany to US. It took 3 weeks! If you can work on that.... you are golden!!

So nice to have a photo app that is simple to make a photo book. Easy to use. My only concern will be if the binding will allow the photos towards the center to be viewable. Thank you for having an uncluttered app.

I have made many books in the past, but this was the first time making one with an app and I’m really looking forward to receiving the finished product!
Most of my family and friends have enough”stuff”. So this year I made them photo Calendars. They were very easy and looked great. I’ll update this review once they arrive and I can see they quality.
I love it. It was really nice my calendar photo but it took 1 1/2 month to be delivered so expect delay on delivery even it if says weeks before.
