8 months agoI have received my book however it is not as per the draft. There are extra photos, doubles that have been added for some reason, not as per the draft. This spoils my book and I am hoping to find out how to fix this. I have emailed on various modes and no response yet. Hoping you can help and advise of what to do? I have ordered from you in the past and you have been great. Please advise on what can be done to rectify my book? Thanks, Sue.

8 months agoI received my hard cover photo book on Wednesday, but the one of the corners was damaged. I immediately sent an email to the customer service email, but no one has responded to me. It’s been 2 full days and no one has reached out. Other than the damage, the book is beautiful. I only wish it would have arrived in perfect condition since it was quite expensive.

This company do not help you with finding your order. I order my item almost 2 Months ago and no item and they can't help me. I've sent 10 to 15 emails for item or refund, still nothing In return.

Shipping takes a REALLY long time.
We really liked the app (and still do), but definitely have a desire for faster shipping. Our order was processed over two weeks ago and the album is no where near arriving at our doorstep. Per the tracking info, it sits at each location for 3-5 days. Hoping to receive the album be the end of the month at this point.
