How to fix Ready app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ready app on iPhone
Update Ready app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ready iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ready on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ready network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Ready Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Ready not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ready App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ready » click [Force Stop]

Update Ready to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ready App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ready » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ready.

Fix Ready unable to contact server/ Ready internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ready » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ready » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ready
