BioLife, Please contact me as soon as possible. I would like to scheduale my 2nd appointment but the app says I haven't been yet so I need to scheduale a physical. Because I already have done one with Biolife at my first appointment I should be able to schedule a normal donation only (no Physical Exam). As a result the appointments showing up are very few and far between. If I am going to stick with this center for anymore amount of time I need this issue resolved otherwise I will not be able to take advantage of the bonus and will have to try somewhere else. Let me start off by saying I am really disappointed in your clinic. I have been donating for awhile now and I drive 50 minutes EACH way to donate. I get rewarded by having my pay decreased EVERY month?! How can you do that to regular donators that are faithful and donate twice a week? It was $20 and $100 then $20 and $75 and now it's $20 and $60! So my "promotion" this month is 6 donations for $240 while a friend of mine who donates like I gets offered 8 for $600! This isn't right rewarding me for frequency by reducing my pay? Please make it right

I went to the Pleasant Center in Lancaster Texas The Nurse who is in charge this morning had a very bad attitude she told me to go sit down and read these papers like I’m a chow and I go to the one on Hampton I’ve never had this problem before I think she’s rude and racist thank you

Staff at bio life are NOT switching medical gloves as they are working with different patients and wiping down bed. They are using dirty gloves to put gauze on patient.

The Casselberry location where I donate is so severely understaffed it takes an hour just to get the finger prick test. Is there some way this facility can get more staff? If not I’m afraid I’ll have to go somewhere that respects my time

Poor customer service didn't want to help, got turned away for having 2 accounts. I never even donated over 5 years ago when the 1st account was created!!! Why would there still be an account? Now trying to figure out on my own how to delete an account because the link I was given does not work!!

BioLife has through gross incompetence cost me a lot of money. They said I could get paid to donate plasma with them but all they managed to do is prevent me from donating at their competitors. They refuse to give me full compensation for my plasma ( they gave me an unregistered card and charged me to get one that can be activated). On my second donation they said I couldn’t donate because they need to get a blood sample ( what happened to the one they took on my first donation we will never know.)this deprived me from getting the second donation bonus. Having decided I would never donate with them again I decided to go to a competitor where I was told I cannot donate because I was deferred from BioLife. I have tried to get BioLife to pay me for my donation and to clear me to donate at a competitor but to no avail. They claim they cannot do that at the center and do not know how to contact anyone from corporate. I will be paid in full for my plasma and I will be compensated for my time and lost revenue from preventing me from donating at a competitor. As well as my time both in sending messages to the company that are not being responded to and dealing with the either lying or horribly uniformed staff at the center. I refuse to believe that it takes a court order to get a customer service number or that their is no way to call anyone above their the shift manager at a center.

I am currently having issues scheduling appointments on the biolife app. I usually donate most Tuesdays and thursdays. The app will let me schedule one appointment and then the next appointment it will default to 6 children max in the playroom and the tab to change or edit will not highlight to click on so I can make changes

Hello I donate plasma at your Janesville WI center. I was deferred 8 weeks for a red cell loss. I’m curious why it is 8 weeks? If you get one there is no deferral at all unless it happens a second time. What I find very frustrating is both times it had no fault of my own. One was a tubing defect and the second was a bad stick from an employee. I am happy to donate plasma twice a week because it helps others. At the same time it helps my family get by with essentials needed to survive. 8 weeks is a very long time and very big impact financially to my family. My question is why it’s 8 weeks? I donated today and it's been 3 hours and still no payment, I'm at a gas station literally stranded right now, what's the deal? Tried calling over 24 times and no one will answer. This is criminal, you have my plasma and took my 2 hours time so where's my payment??? Please help

After latest update I have to log in every time I use the app. The other issue is the phone numbers listed are out of service

Can’t log in

I haven’t been able to log into my account for days. I’ve reached out to the website directly, and the Facebook page with no response. Today there was an ‘update’ on the app. I deleted it and downloaded it again with the issue still happening on the app and website. I donated for the first time last week and had an appointment this past weekend scheduled. I needed to reschedule it, couldn’t log on, opted to cancel through the text reminder and it said in response it couldn’t find my appointment. The system has been so messed up I didn’t want to take the chance payment would not work because I’ve seen complaints about payouts before. I am trying to complete the $1000 sign on bonus but they are making it literally impossible as I still can’t schedule and have continually been met with an error message with [4]. The least they could do is extend the bonus timeframe because of this ongoing issue.

This existing app for users to sign up for blood donation during such critical time is counter productive. I tried no less than 7 to 10 times to load and reload app. It closed me out. In one segment to see prior account, in another it says I’m already in the system. I had a previous married name so I went down to BioLife stood in line to talk to someone. They reset my account said it was working. Came home to get back into the app now it says my emails not a working email in the system. I tried Bio Life. I tried calling several times no bodies to answer calls. Automated system only. My husband tried loading the app today it closed him out when he was adding his data. Glitchy Now it wants a nick name to send revue I’m on my 4th attempt says my names taken. Lol omg

INCORRECT/INACCURATE PAYOUTS

Okay, first of all, I’m writing this on behalf of my fiancée (as I have a medical condition that disqualifies me from donating), who is currently blood-red in the face and in tears trying to solve this issue inside a BioLofe facility. Today, he was supposed to receive a $240 payout for his donation after 1-2 weeks of tiny payouts, and he has just received merely $20. During the last promo he had, there was a time that he was supposed to receive $60 but instead only got $40, and then the $20 he didn’t receive was added at his next donation. WE CANNOT DO THIS; WE HAVE BILLS, WE NEED OUR MONEY WHEN WE ARE TOLD WE WILL GET IT BECAUSE THAT’S KINDA HOW PEOPLE PLAN TO LIVE THEIR LIVES. I don’t know if this is an app issue, or a company issue, but PLEASE, for the LOVE OF ALL THAT IS RIGHT IN THE WORLD (which isn’t MUCH anymore, might I add) — FIX THE ACCURACY OF YOUR PAYOUTS!
