It would be better host not to give points/rewards than to create a program that is so frustrating to use. As soon as you separated your program from my Cebu Pacific account, it has consistently fallen in usability. My suggestion to Cebu Pacific customers: don’t bother. It’s just not worth the added stress. I have been trying for three years simply to consolidate my GetGo account with my new Go Rewards account (I’m which they never gave me an account number but want me to link it to a horribly inconsistent cell phone number) and no one can help me. I have to go to NAIA help desk just to get help. Horrible program and horrible customer support. Again, don’t bother.
The older app was able to link an existing card. I was hoping to get rid of a few cards from my wallet. Oh, well.
If you dont have an existing card, signing up gives you a rewards card free.
I can’t create an account and it just keeps on loading
This stupid app keeps crashing. Can’t even register properly without it crashing halfway.
When creating a password, it says the password must be alphanumeric. But when I input a number, GoRewardsPH hangs then crashes.
Why is it that my account keep logging out? I am so tired of always loging in everytime I open GoRewardsPH . So annoying.
I have been trying a million times to register my card to GoRewardsPH , but it never made it through. It has always said parameter error.
Always encountering error to restart or reset password. Trying using their site does nothing too, always says flight unavailable. Why even display it then?
You can try submitting a ticket, but good luck getting a proper response. Other than template answers (asking if you did the basic troubleshooting), there are no other replies addressing your concern. If you look at their social media accounts, they’re being flooded by user complaints too.
Loaded GoRewardsPH . Tried to create an account using GoRewardsPH . Not compatible with Brave or Safari. App quit or froze 10x during registration process. Needless to say not account was created.
Unable to complete registration, first, due to an error after entering the OTP, then due to the OTP being sent 3 times. Then tried Customer Care for assistance, my message could not get through due to a problem with their email addy. Nuts!
GoRewardsPH does not work when you need it to. I tried creating a new account but the sign up page keeps freezing. Useless.
You go to sign up or type in your email/phone and it glitches off to the main screen. So annoying. App doesn’t work!!
It has been almost 2 years and I am still unable to access my dollar account. When are you fixing this?
This application is low-quality and unprofessional. I’ve used it for months now and regularly encounter bugs preventing me from collecting or redeeming rewards. The low reward value hardly justify the headache of using GoRewardsPH to collect them.
If your email has a character it won’t allow you to submit. If you are expecting to have your number verified and you don’t have a Philippines number- yea, good luck getting anything. The simple things just don’t work. I can’t imagine the other stuff. Disappointing waste of time.
It uses your phone number instead of a member number so if you change your phone number you lose all your points.
It will only send the verification number to your old phone so there is no way to log in or have them send the verification to your email on file.
I can’t even see my membership ID, nor book a flight.
