There has been fraud on my bank checking account for purchases made on this website using my debit card number. One purchase was for 423.44 and another for 305.33. Needless to say i am highly pissed off about this! I'm in the US and know nothing about this company!

I have tried contacting KlEKT customer service to cancel my order as I made an error on my order. I ordered women’s instead of the men’s. as soon as I realised which was within minutes of pressing the buy button I got in touch with them. All I get is an automated response issuing me a ticket number and nothing else. These trainers are no use to me my lad is not going to wear women’s trainers. They are almost £200 which is a lot of money so I’d really like KIEKT to do the right thing and cancel the order. I am also in a dispute with PayPal about this transaction. I’ve even tried to message them on Facebook and again it’s just an automated response.my order number is m6bkf1k3-548731 please stop this transaction and do not take the funds.
