How to fix FunPass app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FunPass app on iPhone
Update FunPass app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FunPass iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FunPass on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FunPass network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FunPass Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FunPass not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FunPass App
1. On android, goto Settings » FunPass » click [Force Stop]

Update FunPass to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FunPass App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FunPass » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FunPass.

Fix FunPass unable to contact server/ FunPass internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FunPass » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FunPass » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FunPass
