Force Stop the Castify-Pro App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Castify-Pro app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Castify-Pro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Castify-Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Castify-Pro app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Castify-Pro.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
