How to fix Nostalgia app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Nostalgia app on iPhone
Update Nostalgia app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Nostalgia iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Nostalgia on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Nostalgia network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Nostalgia Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Nostalgia not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Nostalgia App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nostalgia » click [Force Stop]

Update Nostalgia to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nostalgia App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nostalgia » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nostalgia.

Fix Nostalgia unable to contact server/ Nostalgia internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nostalgia » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nostalgia » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
