How to fix GİB app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GİB app on iPhone
Update GİB app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GİB iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GİB on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GİB network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix GİB not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GİB app issues:

Force Stop the GİB App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GİB app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GİB to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GİB App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GİB app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GİB.

Fix GİB unable to contact server/ GİB internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GİB » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GİB » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GİB on android.
