Super sweet

I love the ease of going from one piece of art/artifact to the next on the globe. The ar is clear and easy to see whether sm or enlarged or at real/actual life size which I control and I can view all sides front back top bottom and get the info regarding the piece ie artist year created brief history and where it’s currently located. I can use the flashlight to lighten a certain area for even better viewing and take a pic of it. I really enjoy CivilisationsAR add more pieces please and thanks for the appl

Even works on my iPad Air! Very happy.

Just wished the graphics were more clearer but very happy. My tablet complains it doesn’t support CivilisationsAR but it runs it anyway without issues except pop up at beginning with complaint. I’m happy and just ignore the silly error message. Highly recommend this for children or history enthusiasts.

Great App

AR will advance in its own time, but nonetheless, CivilisationsAR has done it exceptionally well. What makes CivilisationsAR so great is how it speaks to you and provides information about what you’re the viewing, the ability to use the flashlight, and being able to restore objects, resize them, etc. I highly recommend this!

LOOK MOM AR!

To developers,
The joint effort is truly commendable - just dial down some of the interface ARness. It just gets in the way. Some of the artifacts are really eerie superimposed so on/in my room! Comment is for A12 device, large viewport.

Great use of AR

One of the better uses of AR I’ve seen yet. CivilisationsAR is very polished and seems like something you’d see at the British Museum. (I never thought I’d have a Rodin sculpture in my kitchen 😉)

Doesn’t Work

The progress indicator doesn’t go away. Nothing happens when tapping and holding. Can’t access the content.

By

New content

Soon to be deleted. If app has no refresh an is showing same artifacts for the passed year.

Very Good

I like that the BBC is experimenting with AR and VR. This is a very good AR app, although maybe the interface for looking for more information is a little unclear at first. I agree with the comments from one of the other reviews about the globe sizing. Overall, an outstanding and informative app that’s free!

dont work

Ultimately trapped in the “tap and hold on a place to artifact “ step, screen is loading forever.

Crashes on iPhone 7 Plus

Can you please fix this issue?

Nice graphics.

Nice pictures, but then pages of text. Way too many superfluous noises that designers love but are very distracting.
