Close and restart the CuPo app on iPhone
Update CuPo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CuPo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CuPo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CuPo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent CuPo app issues:

Force Stop the CuPo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click CuPo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update CuPo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CuPo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "CuPo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch CuPo.

Fix CuPo unable to contact server/ CuPo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click CuPo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got CuPo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CuPo on android.
