Hi! I had a free sandwich but the person in the café blipp and my care get used tjat I pre Voight had 7 and now 6 så I did not get the free sandwich

I tried to edit my basket and an order went through automatically, also charging me the wrong amount.
There’s also no customer support within the app.
Other small issues like location saving, previous orders still shown in progress, and inability to purchase loyalty cards reliably.

This app is absolutely worthless. Everytime I try to order something it keeps showing that my old order is in progress. One time it’s working than it doesn’t for ten. I mean if you are trying to make people use your app maybe you should make it work so it’s not frustrating for your loyal customers.

Placed order with an “ASAP” 10 minute delivery estimate. 40 minutes later and the app is still stuck on “Your order is on the way to us” status. Locations don’t have phone numbers so can’t call. No customer service in the app. I think I just threw $30 away.
