Whenever you click on whatever store you want to pick it up from or delivery from it opens up safari. What’s the point might as well just go to whatever browser you are using

It’s 2025. If your app doesn’t allow you to autofill contact info, what are you doing?
The user interface is not at all intuitive. Buttons appear in unexpected places, and I found myself adding an incomplete pizza to my cart because the customization section had an “add to cart” button where there should have been a button to confirm each choice you make.
It’s also robbed me of my favorite deal combos. I love the “two-topping pizza with a side” deals, but it won’t let you order a cheesy pepperoni pizza as a two-topping like the old app did. Instead, it charges you an extra $2.50. The only improvement this unbearably slow app has over its predecessor is that it shows more product photos and looks cleaner overall. Too bad I won’t be looking at it ever again.

Should have left GodfathersPizza alone. It is much harder to order on this “ new and improved” app. Terrible experience. Hate having to turn on my location just to order. Couldn’t navigate how to order half and half except for super combo. GodfathersPizza is the worst. If I could rate it at a zero I would

GodfathersPizza is hot garbage. It is extremely slow and often sends me in a loop before doing what I asked it. For example if I try to reorder, it asks me to select delivery address. After selecting I’m redirected back to my orders history page and the cycle continues.

It’s even worse on check out when my credit card details never seem to work and GodfathersPizza just hangs will trying to process the order. Order never completes, I’m left with an infinite spinner and I have to manually kill GodfathersPizza .

It should not be this frustrating to make a purchase and I hate GodfathersPizza.

This new update has implemented changes that aren’t for the better. The new deals don’t allow for plain cheese, has to be speciality. Mini pizzas no longer count as sides. GodfathersPizza has a lag and the interface is a little overwhelming. The worst of all is that my entire loyalty account and points have disappeared. An account that I’ve been using since 2015– I know changes come with time but losing those points & history is very upsetting. I tried reaching out to customer service with no avail. I wish this update didn’t take place.

GodfathersPizza is not user friendly at all. Would not let me put in my contact info, the boxes were grayed out. But I could not place an order with out putting in that information even though I was logged into my app to get the reward points. Very frustrating, most of the time I just give up and call it in, but then I don’t get the reward points… Easily the best pizza in town, but GodfathersPizza NEEDS to be better!!!!!

I have had an account for years with Godfather’s but ever since the update I cannot order on GodfathersPizza or use my points for rewards. I redeemed 2 CYO pizzas from rewards options but can’t use them. App keeps telling me to update but there are no updates available.

This “updated app” is not ready for business. It wouldn’t take my old login credentials. Setting up new was a horrible experience just changing the password. The first week I gave up and ordered from the Hut. I spent more time this weekend and finally got it to work. It is a HUGE step backwards from the previous app. Did they even try their own app?????

Honestly, I hate both GodfathersPizza and the browser. Sometimes it places the order, two days now I haven’t been able to. Calling to do a pickup isn’t an option. It makes it hard to want to continue to do service when the site constantly says unable to process order.

I just downloaded GodfathersPizza . Once I place the order, I went to check out and it will not allow me to check out. It will say sorry. We are not able to process your order at this time and will not let me proceed.

Today was not the first time I have had the same problems, but since it is fresh on my mind, I will use today’s problems as an example. First, I chose the desired pizzas and selected credit card for payment. I submitted and screen message said to wait while order processed. Didn’t go through, so I tried again, this time re-entering my credit card info just in case that was the problem. I let the “Wait” message run for over five minutes before trying another approach. This time, I selected cash payment, submitted and the order went through almost immediately. GodfathersPizza confirmed, said pizza would be ready for carry out in 30 minutes and I was sent an e-mail which said the same and included the order number. My wife and I waited a few minutes before driving about 10 minutes to the store. My wife went in about two minutes after the pizza was to be ready and was told that they did not receive the order. We could have waited another half hour at a very busy travel center, but chose to get our lunch elsewhere. I don’t know if the problem is with GodfathersPizza , Godfather’s Corporate or with the store at Love’s Travel Center, Evergreen, Alabama, but I’m afraid I can’t trust using GodfathersPizza .

Slow to load and move between pages. Hard to navigate. Rewards don’t say that certain sizes are at certain locations -ie Small and Large Cheesesticks. Everytime you open GodfathersPizza it states there is an update and upon checking, there is no update.

We ordered a large pizza deal with taco pizza, cheese bread and a chocolate chip cookie. We had to call the store 3 times in a 2 hr period to find out where our order was. We did finally receive it and the delivery guy is always so nice. However, the taco pizza came with no hot sauce and our cheese bread was burnt. (Wish I could send a picture.) we understand that with the power outage, it was very busy, however for what we paid for, it definitely wasn’t worth it. We also did not get the chocolate chip cookie because the delivery guy said you were out so he gave us monkey bread instead. That would have been fine, however we ordered the cookie for a good reason as some in the household can’t eat cinnamon!

I tried to order for delivery, but GodfathersPizza said no locations found that deliver. I called the store, and they said they deliver. We’re close to the edge, so it probably cut it off, is what the employee said. So I placed the order over the phone, which means I won’t get loyalty points.

It is aggravating that app doesn’t state reason for not submitting order or store all the info entered for an order when I space was left blank, causing me to have to reenter everything multiple times! Baci Babe

Your guys’s food is amazing, But when I get on to GodfathersPizza it won’t let me do anything. I can’t make an order or even put in my address. GodfathersPizza tells me to update it but I already did. I tried deleting GodfathersPizza and reinstalling but it still does the same thing.

GodfathersPizza works to a certain point. I hate how I have to keep logging in every time. I hate how even after I log in, my address isn’t in the system. I’m used to the big chain apps so I won’t be too crucial. Pizza is great though 😅

Site works well except has repeatedly changed to store that I use. Frequently just as I enter my order. Then I have to call to cancel the order and reorder to correct store.
