I keep getting a message that I have made too many unanswered calls and must watch an ad or wait some period of time. Those calls are unanswered because they are being ended by WEPHONE itself. This is unacceptable, frustrating and an invasion of my life by an app I am paying for.

How to fix WePhone app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WePhone app on iPhone
Update WePhone app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WePhone iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WePhone on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WePhone network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WePhone Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WePhone not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WePhone App
1. On android, goto Settings » WePhone » click [Force Stop]

Update WePhone to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WePhone App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WePhone » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WePhone.

Fix WePhone unable to contact server/ WePhone internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WePhone » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WePhone » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WePhone
