A friend recommended wephone to me and i decided to give a try . I subscribed and used it for only 20 days . The next day i was trying to send a text message and i got this message from wephone . Sorry! The sending text function has been disabled due to suspicious activities. If you need to appeal or request a refund, please contact support@redacted. Thank you! . I bought a new number again and still getting same message. My texts does not go through . Please need you to resolve this for me cos my businesses are at stake please Hope to hear from you soon

This app did come in handy if worse comes to worse and you need to make a long distance call but even then there are still ways around long distance calls that won’t charge you much or anything at all... I’ve gotten this app and put 10-20$ at a time to keep as a balance... the first time it asked me to update I did and it cleared my remaining balance of almost 20$ that I paid for.... Then again I tried using the app and it asked me to upgrade again... if you cancel the update notification it closes you out of the app so again, I updated and lost 8$ of my remaining balance... moral of the story, this app barely works and takes your money! Don’t bother with it or only put an amount that you think you will use in one phone session.

I have made a twenty payment for credits and didn’t get any credits. Thinking that maybe payment didn’t get through I resubmitted another twenty dollar credit and I still didn’t see any credits added. The very next day the payments went through on my bank account and still I have not get my now forty dollar credits. I do not wish for any future users to get this app. I have email to the customer support but is not going to be an immediate response and there is not a phone number to call so that also is a big NO GOOD.

I have no issue with a forced update, but to delete all of my credit without anyway for me to get it back (currently out of the country, so even if the phone verification works, it won’t now). I used this app as my emergency go-to when I travel and it has failed... I couldn’t even go into the old app to update any account information for an easy transfer. Poor planning and now I’m out all of the credit I payed for & accumulated through advertisements..
