It shows incorrect figures and insipite of contacting them multiple times I don't see the issue resolved.

Either it crashes or loads very slow. No proper flow with regards to Navigation. I must add customer support is the worst, no phone for immediate help. I must think of switching. Moreover, there is no web support. Not every thing can be done from phone

No proper interface to delete old bank account online and Demat account

They won’t let you login from abroad and lock your money they even threaten negative balance charges.

Beware! They will start to loot you once you add funds...
They charged me for various senseless charges without any prior information! and haven't provided me the refund.

Pathetic customer service too. Still haven't received the refund against incorrectly deducted hidden charges.

Use any other App for stock trading than this stupid app.
Thank me later for saving you from a lot of hidden charges and incorrect deductions.

If you have pending transactions or you want to modify your payment method then you are stuck forever. No one will listen you and there is no customer support.

I have withdrawn before 10 days, still did not get payment, I have submitted request in support, I did not get any answer, very bad experience

Please dont make the mistake of installing and using PaytmMoney - they’ll trap you into paying an annual fee (which they can hike at their will) and they have made it extremely difficult to get out of it and close the account

There was a SIP scheduled automatically by app , I see it in upcoming SIP list. But I did not even start SIP. This is insane , how can you do that? Set SIP in a fund when I did not start it.
There has been no response from support on such a critical issue.
I would recommend using a broker with support phone numbers.

Things are fine when all the featuresare working. But when there is an issue like placing an order or withdraw your money or tech glich. You will be in isolated world. Very worst customer service. Bot will not work and no custmer service number.

This is probably the worst user experience I have ever had. It asks me to enter my kyc details, but insists on adding a new phone number. I don’t have a new phone number, I only have one phone number and it wont accept my phone number. I am not able to get kyc verification because of this. Does your product owner use PaytmMoney?

Hello there was this function of line chart in the investment section of mutual fund where we could track how over the period of time our journey is going and how’s the growth has been but in recent update that chart structure has been removed so please it is my sincere request to please bring it back! That was one of the good function on Paytm money! Bring back line chart in mutual fund in our investment section.

Just 1 complain there is no way to get help from customer service.

I have a question which I need clear info but not able to contact support team .

I am getting a prompt for linking my adhaar with pan otherwise my account will be blocked but I am NRI why I am getting this message.

Please if anyone can give me clear information

almost 5month im using PaytmMoney more information on front page that was so nice, the thing is while using app i feel so much of lack when the market is live other than that app is good kindly recover the lack thank you

App is really good they are not good with merging accounts. Login happens via mobile number but if you try to change mobile number, you are going to have issues

I waited for years & years to open a brokerage account, because none of the brokers had a nice app with a great UI/UX like Robinhood of USA. Me being a millenial, did not want to call brokers for trades, or submit paperwork or simply put do things the old way. I wanted an app where I could see my balance, portfolio and trade in real time. PaytmMoney fulfills all those functions. Sure there are some functions which are still not fully transmitted in PaytmMoney, hopefull they will resolve those in future. For example:
- I invested in a NIFTY ETF here, which was split 4-1 one day. However I received no communication from this app or the ETF, so I was shocked to see my balance drop by 75% one day, as all of a sudden the NAV dropped, but the split units take time to be credited to the account, which led to some confusion.

Customer support is also lacking, as there is no call center or physical office to raise issues or inquire. But the low trading fees, and nice real time UI make up for that. For now I will stick with this, until some other brokerage can come up with a similar app and features.

Very user friendly

Really good app to invest in stocks and mutual fund. No dedicated iPad app is a downside.
