Poor user experience

This is probably the worst user experience I have ever had. It asks me to enter my kyc details, but insists on adding a new phone number. I don’t have a new phone number, I only have one phone number and it wont accept my phone number. I am not able to get kyc verification because of this. Does your product owner use this app?
SIP deducted in fund not set by me

There was a SIP scheduled automatically by app , I see it in upcoming SIP list. But I did not even start SIP. This is insane , how can you do that? Set SIP in a fund when I did not start it.
There has been no response from support on such a critical issue.
I would recommend using a broker with support phone numbers.
Very worst App

Things are fine when all the featuresare working. But when there is an issue like placing an order or withdraw your money or tech glich. You will be in isolated world. Very worst customer service. Bot will not work and no custmer service number.
