Their support is absolutely unprofessional. They do not take responsibility for when you pay a doctor for video consultation and the doctor says their camera is broken. Not even when the doctor themselves confirm their camera was broken the previous day so they should not have taken the appointment in the first place. When you as for a refund they will feed you pre-written statements and ignore your complaint. And they will also forward you the messages and voice note written by the doctor and send yours to them. The doctor will also share your diagnosis with the support staff though it’s supposed to be confidential. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APPLICATION because if something goes wrong you will be on your own.

They dont care about you, what they are interested in to get the payment and won’t assist you. Most of the doctors available are fresh and just for promotional purposes. You won’t find a single reputed doctor on oladoc.

My first experience was so awful, the doctor consulted me over whatsapp for the video consultation via video call. Gave me straightly 3 mins and list down bunch of meds which are nothing to do with the original issue.

If you are really keen about your health issues go see a doctor in a hospital but dont consult online through oladoc or you will end up wasting money.

This company has no system of detecting fake reviews.

There are fake review services that reach out to doctors to boost their profiles.

This leads to terrible doctors getting a lot of patients.

I had an experience where such a fake review subscriber tried doing a surgery that was not required. He told white lies that were later refuted by two different doctors.

Use oladoc to book an appointment but DO NOT rely on its ratings. They are misleading to a detrimental level.

this service is just a joke, nobody takes them seriously they give you appointment and say its confirmed.
but when you actually reach for your appointment doctor says we do joy have any appointment. doctor dont even check to see if they ever got any appt booked from this app and simple they do not take them seriously.
this happened twice with me.
waste of time and waste of fuel.
