I asked for help on maintaining the mobile app which I had for 2 years on my phone because it just vanished. The help which I received was a chuckle. Total disrespect. I believe Wings, Royal, Affinity Plus ...would offer help. I would seriously consider those institutions before RBCU. Horrible customer service

Any fix on the “verify credentials”? It’s so annoying. I don’t want to delete and install MYCUMN every time.

It’s supposed to save your credentials and use biometrics but it makes me log in with my password 3/5 times

The UI doesn’t make features very obvious. Important pages are hidden behind tiny, hard to notice icons

Until they released their credit cards app (which barely works) paying your credit card online was a massive hassle with an unintuitive UI that made you manually type in the balance you wanted to pay off that month.

Every time they update the cosmetic looks of MYCUMN performance goes out the window. Its crashed 4 times this morning when all I needed to do was add a few bucks to my checking account for groceries

I’ve downloaded and deleted and downloaded MYCUMN 4 times now. It acts like it’s going to open and then freezes right at the end of “verifying [my] credentials”. I called for assistance but there is no tech person to help. MYCUMN might be great — if I could use it.

Please fix this so I don’t have to keep deleting and reinstalling it. I am constantly having to log back in even tho I have Remember me turned on

Try banking overnight or on the weekend and you’re in BIG trouble

it works, but not smoothly. it will sign you in, show you your accounts, then sign you in again. this happens every single time. and you can’t deposit checks over $500 without calling the bank to have them temporarily up that amount, you can’t deposit checks at the atm either. boo

Face ID was awesome, but with the recent update, it asks me for my password every time, and rarely just asks me for my Face ID..simple, but annoying, as I’m someone who checks my bank account a couple/few times a day. Love the new design, but please fix this, it’s driving me nuts!

Almost every time I try to login it just freezes on the login screen where it says verifying credentials. I have uninstalled and reinstalled MYCUMN multiple times and it does the same thing.

This is a great app. Simple to use and works perfectly.

Like other reviewers, I initially had problems with it stalling out at login at ‘confirming credentials.’ What worked for me finally was making sure I clicked the box for enabling or remembering this device. Once I did that it worked really smoothly. It’s a nicely laid out app, easy to navigate right off the bat.

I love this new app! I’ve been a loyal RBCU member for over 20 years. There’s an option to deposit checks via MYCUMN , and a message feature to ask questions under More options. The Touch ID sign in is terrific, too. Thanks for making such a great app!

After the one-time setup steps, everything in MYCUMN is modern and user friendly with all the features needed to have a great mobile experience. Love it!

I've been waiting for a long time for rbcu to get a mobile app and now that they have, it is the best mobile banking app I have ever experienced

MYCUMN is a really efficient and well-designed app. I do most of my banking right from here. I love the remote check deposit.

(In a previous review I noted that face recognition was not working. The developers corrected the flaw in just a few days. Well done!)
