ToryComics - Webtoon & Comics Reviews

To those of you thinking about using apps like this I strongly suggest you to try downloading WebToon instead. Unlike Tory Comics, Web Toon is free to use. You can choose to pay for early access to new episodes on some of your favorite comics, but it is entirely unnecessary as all comics are eventually free. There are also some great reads over at WebToon. My personally favorites are Mage and Demon Queen, Lets Play, and Boyfriend of the Dead.

Note- there are at least a few good reads on Tory Comics as well. I am currently trying to read How To Train Your Bully. But after waiting for months at a time to only be able to read 1 episode, I have given up. Until ToryComics becomes free to use I can’t see myself ever choosing it over WebToon. At the very least you should allow new users to choose one or two comics that they can read entirely for free. Instead of only allowing them to read a few episodes for free. Just my advice.

It’s been a very good app up until now. Some comics were completely free but out of nowhere all the comics needed to be bought. I’d very mush appreciate it if you had some comics free because some of my favorites were free but I can no longer read them.

I really like some of the webtoon in this platform! ToryComics is also really easy to use. I don’t mind spending a few extra bucks on coins since I know it will support the people who worked on these amazing webtoons. There only one tiny thing that bothers me. One of the webtoon I read on ToryComics stop translating for a while, but I noticed that the raws were being updated (I also purchased the raws on here because I was too curious what was going to happen next).

I have only been reading one series since trying ToryComics out and finally reached the final 16 chapters but to my amazement I have to purchase the remaining chapters for this particular WebToon. Do you know how it feels to have to pay for something that has been advertised to be “free every one day”? It’s like if someone was to let you borrow a movie but 3/4th of the way you have to pay for the remaining time. It’s frustrating to have to pay to finish a story. I hope the developers can understand where I am coming from. Maybe there can be easier ways to receive free tickets as well.

Umm I was planning on reading to train a bully when I went to continue it had basically reset back to the 1st one then when I tried to read where I was it wouldn’t let me saying that it was going to be free in like 25 day or something and I don’t want to wait because it’s that good

Every time a try to purchase an episode , it says failed connection and I’m already connected to the internet.

I really like ToryComics, it has many wonderful webtoons and it’s very easy to use. Those are some of the reasons I like it very much BUT sadly the part where you have to pay for the chapter Is something I can’t do as I’m not rich. I would have given it a five if it had options to earn a way to unlock the chapters if you weren’t able to buy them, like bonuses; if you read for 10 minutes you get 10 coins, daily coins, some sorta event coins that help collect more coins, and even video options to collect coins or unlock chapters, and also adding minu games to unlock chapter would help. This would be so great, as people who are unable to pay would have a way to unlock the chapters! Overall, it would be a really good app and really famous if it had those things, but it seems like its only good if you got the money. 😭💔

The manga on here a pretty good but it cost money to ready every chapter their should be a thing like WEBTOON we’re the chapters open every time a new one is posted and they have it only where 3 are locked at max where u gotta pay and I know ToryComics has a similar system but it’s not that good for viewers and their should be a thing in ToryComics to report if something is wrong with the chapter I had to write a review for them to fix it and it seems u guys respond pretty fast

I enjoy that there’s a ton of content but the content you have to pay for constantly i spent about 15 dollars and it went by in about a hour or so. The coins per comic need to be decreased because it’s way to expensive with that $15 I couldn’t even get caught up to the webtoon im reading. It’s kind of slow paced as well. And when they mention the free comics u get one free ticket per day. Not the best app. You would have to be rich to afford to read the comics at this pace.

i feel like ToryComics would have insane ratings if the price was more friendly to free to read readers

At first I thought ToryComics would be terrible but reading the reviews made me want to try it. And it’s actually good!

I was browsing face and then I get an ad showing this comic called “oh! My pet” I was intrigued so I wanted to check ToryComics out, but after searching for 10 mins there was nothing. I’m disappointed tbh, feels like just click bait

I’ve been using ToryComics and it’s getting frustrating waiting a whole day to read my favorites like how to train your bully and I can’t read it at all, please make it like 5 a day or more or maybe the WEBTOONs free
Plus’s you only get 1 each day

How come it said i have payments but don't actually take away money. Is it taking away money without me knowing? It never warns me either and i have no coins right now. So am i losing money?

It took one ticket to see the next chapter and then after purchase it jumps to 100 tickets per chapter? Totally uncalled for and should’ve gotten a heads up

The chapters do not have price tags. So you don’t know how much one chapter costs. Other than that, the rest are great. Although, the iOS app is not as good as Android app.
I like how developers make the system of making the readers to pay the chapters near the end. It makes the readers feel like they are supporting their beloved webtoon creators.

Edit: Hello, episodes are being purchased whenever I touched the interface without confirming my consent. This happened 4 times already in “The Crush in Spring” comic. Also episodes I have purchased months ago in this comic got locked again. Fix this please!!!!

The comics are honestly splendid and great art although I’m not really rich so I wouldn’t be able to read the full coming but now that they added a update were I can read the whole thing but I have to wait one day which is kinda long but that’s okay I guess but the problem is that whenever you do get to unlock the episodes it doesn’t let you go back to look at them and sometimes I forget what happened in the chapter before so it can get pretty annoying i would like it if they let us look through all the chapters I have unlocked or give me a pass faster in My opinion but it’s a great app overall
