Buyer BEWARE!! First off, there is absolutely zero app support, it takes like a month to get an email back from support, and then days to actually get an answer to your question, let alone an actual resolution. But, my biggest issue by far is that their price for ETC is way off, for at least 48 hours now! ETC reached $35 per coin, and now I want to sell, but Circle Invest is listing it at $29 despite every other app and exchange having the correct prices listed, just over $35. I’ve been emailing both circle support and Voyager, who’s supposedly purchased the company, but no answers from either, nor amy of their Twitter support accts. CircleInvest has my money and won’t give it to me unless I accept a $7 less per coin price, which is absolutely robbery!! CircleInvest also won’t let you access your own coins, that you’ve purchased with your own money. I’d stay away from CircleInvest if they didn’t already have over a thousand dollars of mine!! Use a crypto exchange that actually lets you access your coins. Good luck.

Yet another garbage crypto app that doesn’t let you withdraw your crypto. Do they actually have the crypto they offer? Who knows!.. because you don’t technically even own the crypto you purchased.

Granted Voyager’s withdrawal fees are not ideal.. at least they have the decency to give you an option to withdraw. Circle is no better than Robinhood. But at least with Robinhood, you can also buy stocks. Circle just looks pretty. I feel bad for the UI team because they wasted their time on such a garbage app.

I've literally read through both the Circle user agreement, and the Circle Invest user agreement now, and found absolutely nothing in there about restricted activity that I could have committed. My only 2 explanations at this point are 1.) I didn't update my previous address to my new address in time and that was some sort of BS red flag or 2.) Your app secretly collects information from my phone, and saw that I had a Bitcoin wallet that was Tor encrypted. (Samouri.) Mind you that this doesn't violate the user agreement because I didn't even use circle pay to make payments through a Tor browser, nor am I even a circle pay customer. Both are unacceptable reasons to close an account. Yet, I'm left to speculate because they refuse to give any information whatsoever.
Also, the KYC/AML verification for CircleInvest is beyond typical verification I've seen from other apps.

Even though CircleInvest isn’t advertised to let you do so, it’s a little whack that they don’t even let you withdraw the crypto you purchase despite the ridiculous amount of verification information and fees. All you can withdraw is any money you have deposited and gained from investing. BTC and other cryptocurrencies’ development isn’t going to continue if people just buy it and let it sit there, cryptocurrencies should be able to be used as an alternative form of payment, and it blows that just as many places have started accepting BTC as a form of payment, all these regulations roll out that normalize the inability to withdraw the crypto you have purchased. I’m leaving one star for visibility so that other people won’t be misled.

Goldman Sachs is up to their old tricks of lies and deceit. I’m pretty sure that’s their mission statement. CircleInvest follows suit. First off the fees are out of control prepare to pay 25-35% more for coins. Second you don’t own the coins you buy (as with most of these apps). The minute you invest money they freeze your account (meanwhile your coins drop) just like dozens of others have reported. When you ask why they state they are federally regulated (bs: crypto is not a security or etf) yet can’t tell you which regulation requires them to steal. Then when you are able to buy / sell they won’t let you withdrawal. Save your time and money and just buy coins on the real exchanges. This is just a gimmick to steal in true wall street fashion. NY resident, Signed up a few years ago because of the ability to buy crypto baskets, then they discontinued the ability to use my bank account (chase) without warning and now only support 3 banks I don't use. No way to transfer crypto out to another wallet either. Horrible customer service takes weeks to answer and not helpful. Now they are sunsetting CircleInvest and I have no way to get my crypto or $ out.

CircleInvest is four times as inconvenient six times as expensive and has eight times less features than Coinbase. Their fees are out of control in comparison to anyone else and they do not support movement from any other wallet to their wallet and vice versa. As in you cannot move your money to another exchange. Crypto currency does not make money like this at this point in time. It does not make money like a stock. If you want to lose the money download CircleInvest and use it.

So I was supposedly flagged for having a “large number of bank accounts” I added 4 accounts. Why allow people to add any number of accounts they’d like only to pull something like that? This started because when I realized my name was wrong and tried to change it after initiating a USD deposit.... guess it was just coincidence that btc happened to fall by $700 a few hours later. Greed is going to keep your companIES from really going anywhere. Thanks.

No matter what you do, do not download CircleInvest. Save your time, energy, money. CircleInvest was functional back in the days but now, it is the most useless thing. There is no customer support at all, none whatsoever, nonexistent for sure. Nothing works!

I been chasing them for about 7 months now just trying to withdraw my money and they will not let me do it. The same bank account that was connected to purchase my coins is the same bank account that they denied when it came to withdraw. I opened a brand new bank account and still unable to link it to the account. At this point, they are more of a scam then a platform.

I have been emailing their help center for about 7 months now and I only got replied to once and that definitely did not fix the problem.

CircleInvest comes from the team that brought us Circle Pay. In that app, they pivoted away from crypto during the long bear market and subsequently denied users access to bitcoin cash and bitcoin gold. They say they are “working on” bitcoin cash still (since LAST SUMMER) and won’t make bitcoin gold accessible—straight up stealing funds.

Now with CircleInvest, the “no fees” are covered by higher prices (compare to coinbase). What’s worse, there’s no way to deposit or withdraw crypto. You can buy it, and then you can’t use it. THAT IS INSANE.

Under no circumstances should anyone use CircleInvest, company, and service.

App is great and i love the instant fund transfer from checking account. One feature i think would kill competition, is auto-trade. For example, if i want to sell my Bitcoin when it hits a specific price, i should be able to specify that in CircleInvest and it should automatically execute the trade when price hits my target

I hope you guys update my Crypto’s to buy and I hope that we can send and receive crypto to a different wallet. Scared to moved a lot of my eth cuz you guys are acting as my wallet and I don’t feel comfortable with a lot in it. Been told never to leave large amount on site especially Coinbase, why I’m with you. Pick up the slack and add more crypto’s we can buy.

I’m one of the unfortunate people whose account has yet to be transferred to Voyager and up until now, was able to continue investing thru the Circle Invest app. All of a sudden- I can no longer see my portfolio or log in after deleting and redownloading CircleInvest ). I have over 5K that seemingly disappeared! Will be contacting the VP again (who helped to expedite a different issue for me months ago) if support fails to resolve this problem.

While they don’t directly charge a fee they do make it where they get paid. You sell directly to circle and they give you the price you are selling at. I have never seen that price remotely close to the actual price. Coinbase is at least honest with their fees and WAY cheaper. Circle has a better mobile app with a bit more features that make tracking gains/losses easier, but it’s not worth the price difference. Only came here for XRP since it was promoted it would be here and still nothing.

I like the colors scheme and you can buy any crypto for just .05 they take .01 but it’s ok because I don’t care that it’s to hold because I want this for retirement and that it doesn’t have an address maybe in the future they do they don’t take that much ♥️

Are people who have money in other account able to transfer funds? Also I have money in coin base was wondering if I’m able to put it here. Can people still send money and receive money using circle pay?

I signed up, deposited money and bought the market in less than 5 minutes. It doesn’t get much easier and quicker than this! Can only recommend!

I am a hodler and CircleInvest gives you an excellent opportunity to diversify your investments into some solid coins. App has been easy to use and fast! It has also been far cheaper than coinbase. They also have a recurring buys feature so you can dollar average your way into the market at your own pace. 5 stars. Customer service is also responsive and fast!

CircleInvest, it took just a few minutes to sign up, link my bank account, and start buying. The interface is beautiful. The charts are well done, love the volume bars. The trading is free. And they offer ETC! Only thing is you can’t deposit/withdraw your crypto... yet. But that will be coming soon. Great app. Highly recommended.

I’ve no complaints so far with CircleInvest or concept. Several things to keep in mind though. This is not a trading mechanism but more a alt-currency mutual fund. Always assume volatility and with ‘coins’ manipulation; it’s no different than stocks where large trading houses push prices up and down as they trade. Assume the position (and risk of total loss) but don’t whine! As to the fees - we all need to make a profit or what’s the point?
