App is very slow

First of all, they need to provide free delivery at some point
The customer care service is pathetic
I’m a young mother and unfortunately need to depend on this .

One of my worst shopping experience ever
I order 5 items
Items didn't deliver bu every where ( in LuluShopping and wbsite ) status is : Delivered
Some items I delivered, but status is : Not delivered

I contact with support, they didn't answer me
After 14days, still I'm waiting for their response

If they missed items from your order you cannot claim them back. No customer support. They never pick up the phone and they never reply to your emails. 8 items missing and they just ignore!!

Doesn’t support Arabic language , it’s very complicated to login One mistake and you cannot fix it so you have to do another account, very slow

Very hard to find the products

More work needs to be put to make it easy to use like talabat & carrefour apps

In other shopping app, if u click on there brochure promo it will automatically lead u to the item. Here, you have to find manually the item. And there is shipping fee also. Other famous app has free delivery fee if more than 100 omr. Here in lulu, there are different charge for delivery if the items falls on different dates. No promos as well for first time app buying. Improve your app. Check other app, it’s very easy to use.

The new update does not allow to select saved address.. please allow this option

The products ordered online comes in a neat and good way mostly .. but they’re most probably late than the delivery slot you chose , Also there’s no live team to support or a way to reach the delivery guys !!

The Legacy or a renowned retailer evident in their Service 👏👏👏👌👌🔆. Now it’s been more attractive and convenient selection.

Difficult app to use. Not user friendly. App keeps crashing. I finally got to the point of making the purchase and adding my address, but before I can add my address, LuluShopping shuts down. What’s the point?

Amazed to see huge stores of lulu in qatar but shocked not to see qatar in the entitled countries for purchase.
Waste of time and useless app.

LuluShopping is crashing while opening... seems it is not compatible with new iOS .... :-(

I tried LuluShopping on my iPhone X, it refused to open!!!
I put my phone on the airplane mode, it keeps open and gives the login page!! But how i would login without internet??!!!

Please find a solution for this issue

For an establishment that is held so high up, their technology and user friendly app is really lacking. It is basically impossible to use LuluShopping . For starters, you cannot browse properly as the chosen font color is white or light grey against a white background. Second I was unable to login or register due to the same faulty mistakes and cannot complete tasks in the all white background can you!?

LuluShopping needs some work to be done. LuluShopping crashes all the time. When I open LuluShopping again, all that I selected in the cart has gone & I have to do it all over again. Very disappointing.

I’m using the webstore regularly for my purchases, but the browser’s version is slow and optimized for mobile use, I was glad to find out that there is an app in LuluShopping Store but unfortunately Lulu hasn’t included Qatar in the list of countries!!

Currently on version 3.0 however LuluShopping is very poor in terms of ability to search and how the categories are defined. Not user friendly at all and seems it was designed with Lulu management in mind and not customers.

This was the worst experience at all
It took me 2 hours to shop and reshop but never could get to the point where I finish the shopping LuluShopping kept closing every time I go to my cart to finish the shopping and pay
I wish I spent thous 2 hour shopping live in carrefour instead of the terrible online shopping

App crashed each few minutes, when using filtering option it crashed too, application not friendly especially for monthly stuff and long list items, when open cart message appears item # not found and I don’t know which items is this, I think lulu should invest more to improve LuluShopping it’s my favorite shop and I wish its app will be too in some day

I pay a correct amount through debit... nobody call me before delivery that there is two items is cancelled because of out of stock... and then the delivery boy doesn’t say anything to me... when I check my item that’s the time I notice that I have 2 missing item... and I paid a real amount... I was call the lulu office they said it will be refund to my bank after 10-15 working days... very bad service... 😠

And plzzz... if the item is not available write it on out of stock so that the customer knows that it’s not available..... plzzz improve your apps

LuluShopping has a lot of glitches, I took a while to be able to place an order.
A lot of unwanted items were added to my bill. I managed to delete some of them before the payment, but I still got charged for other items which i didn’t realize until the receipt was sent.
Delivery:
Fruits were 80%expired. Ordered a 2 liter milk bottle, received an old one (1 day to expiry)
Bad experience.
